We stayed here for almost a week and slow traveled the city of Porto. The staff was lovely, so kind, helped us make dinner decisions and joked with us as we came in and out every day. The rooms were clean and unique. They had a lot of character. Though it was an older building they’ve done a lovely job making it feel luxurious. The cafe is small but lovely, and the location can’t be beat.

We came family with 2 small kids. Our room was nice, the location is incredible and the breakfast was great. Our only problem was that nobody informed us that we located in 5 floor, and the elevator arrived until 4 floor. I believe guests with babies should know that, but all the rest was perfect.

Had a great experience here! We stayed for several nights and the staff were very accommodating- even packed us breakfast to go when we had an excursion planned that required us to leave before breakfast started. We also took advantage of the spa and got some great massages. The location is central and easily walkable to everything in Porto. We were in room 303 and did not have the issues mentioned below with the shower so I guess they must have fixed it! If you stay make sure you take advantage of the rooftop garden which has an amazing view at the highest point!

OCA Flores is a great hotel in a great location with WONDERFUL staff. We had some flight issues and missed our first night with them. They had no problem not charging us and were extremely welcoming/hospitable. They even gifted my wife and I a bottle of champagne for our honeymoon! Everyone there was great, especially Bruno! Would recommend for anyone visiting Porto.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
