Recently had a terrible experience at this hotel. We made 2 bookings through Super and when we arrived at the hotel, prior to new year's eve, we were told they couldn't find our reservation. They asked if we had booked through Super and then explained that the website was false and a scam. However, they could find our second booking which would be for just 1 night a few days later. Basically, the only option we were given was to book directly with them, with a much higher price, and considering we already had plans which involved staying at this location we didn't have much choice but to pay again for the booking we had already made. I understand that the hotel could have been telling the truth, but it felt very suspicious the fact that they claimed that Super was a fake website, however, they were able to find one of the two reservations. I was able to contact Super.com a few days later and they were able to offer me a full refund for the original booking since we were charged again by the hotel. To be honest, for a "fake website", they were helpful and efficient. To this day I still don't understand what happened but the experience on our first day in Rome really ruined the beginning of our trip. Before we had to pay for the second time, directly with the hotel, one of the staff members even made a joke about how the price we had originally paid was not high enough for new year's eve and then proceeded to give us a much higher price for each night of our stay (when technically the price should fluctuate around the actual new year's eve, but we were charged the same for all nights before and after new year's). The room was very dated, lacked attention to detail and wasn't clean to a good standard. Mold could be found behind the curtains, in the shower etc... The room had a musty smell, the air conditioning wasn't working, there wasn't a single blanket for a winter stay, one of the reading lamps was missing a bulb... Not what you would expect from a 4 star hotel. If you're planning to stay at this hotel I would advise you to book directly to avoid surprises on the day.

The rooms were a bit not to my expectation for the hotel class. Basic necessity were missing like kettle, evening coffee,dental kit etc. In my opinion you can do better. The food was okay especially the breakfast, lots of variety and well displayed . Waiters very helpful specifically Natalia. In the evening the service was heavenly , Alessandro was awesome and great, so warm, friendly and full of energy for me he deserves employee of the year award. Alessandro connects very well with the client, helpful and ever smiling.... For location felt was a bit far from the main attractions.

Overall I’d say 4/5. The hotel itself was okay. The rooms were basic, but had everything included in my booking & were cleaned when asked. The location of the hotel was lovely. It was just around the corner from a lovely bar (cafè)/ shopping center and a bit further walk away was a grocery store. Rome’s center was a good bus/ metro/ taxi ride away. But what stood out most was the restaurant! The staff was lovely and the food matched. In particular Alessandro was lovely, attentive & always had the best recommendations. I’d come back here for the location and restaurant experience again.

Hussein welcomed and checked us in with great care . Five Star service was provided by him . Rooms are good, but the toilet doesn't have an exhaust, which makes them a little safocated. Location is a bit far from the centre city, but taxis are available upon requests. Breakfast is good as well. I would rate them 3.5 out of 5 . Overall experience was good and highly recommended as well.

First would like to say that the food was excellent! I had the steak, and it was cooked perfectly. Thank-you Chef Kamal Amedeo. The service was wonderful. Our waiter was so attentive and accommodating, thank you, Nicola and Filippo. The location of the hotel is somehow too far away from all the activities in town.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
