The hotel is nice, the rooms are clean and the staff is fantastic. The breakfast is very worth it, delicious!! However, as others have stated, the location is bad. There's a bus that stops right in front of the hotel, but it takes around 1 hour to reach the center of Madrid. The other option is a train nearby, which doesn't go very often. Finally, we couldn't sleep well because the room was so hot and the A/C was disabled already because of the winter, terrible.

I was in this hotel only for one night (sadly), but it was very nice stay. Hotel staff is very friendly and professional. For the time when I had to wait for my room (i arrived early), i got a coffee free of charge (this does not happen often). Room was clean, warm and spacious.

Hotel is fine, service attentive. Rooms are spacious, however they might be cleaner, eg curtains in our room were very dirty. Breakfast was excellent with wide range of options. There is neither bar nor restaurant to sip a nightcap, at least when we were there in late December. The biggest minus is location - there is a bus stop in front, but it takes 40-60 min till Puerta del sol so it's exhausting to go back and forth and you lose a lot of time. In the neighbourhood there's not much to see.

This hotel is located out of the city centre in a business district. It, however, has good, inexpensive connections to the airport and city. From the airport it's only 2 stops on the train from Terminal 4 costing about 2€. From the train station, it's a short walk to the hotel. If you are travelling into the city centre, the bus stop is outside the hotel, and bus 150 will take you directly into the city, or you can jump off at some of the major tourist attractions. It costs 1.50 €.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
