Loved this hotel. First time here and was very impressed. Rooms were a good size and bathrooms were clean. Decent shower. Rooms made up every day with clean towels. Nice pool area with plenty of sun loungers. Be aware that pool opens at 11am prompt, so reserving sunbeds is not possible 😃 great breakfast buffet with every conceivable option. Good location near the marina lots of bars and restaurants within easy distance. There is a very busy dual carriageway running behind the hotel so pool area can get a bit noisy during the day. The hotel has a great pool bar and snack bar serving decent food and drinks. We had a lovely stay and wouldn’t hesitate to use this hotel in future.

A good experience, rooms are nice and tidy. A special shout goes to the friendly waiters at the evening buffet time who went out of their way to help with accommodating my dietary needs (vegetarian). Veggie options are otherwise limited though. Morning buffet time - it gets hectic and there isn't really a system of standing at a certain point to be seated. You kind of just have to go and find a table and sit down. A few things of note to anyone booking this hotel: there are no complimentary slippers, there are no gowns, no ear buds/cotton pads/nail files and the like supplied, there is no mini bar facility, you have to ask for an iron and ironing board, the cleaning ladies are really lovely but do not know how to speak English so try to learn some common words/phrases before you come here (it will help!). The hotel is within a great walking distance of the beach and shops. Reception are helpful. All in all a pleasant experience, I'd come back again.

Overall an enjoyable experience. The staff were mostly friendly but the restaurant staff seem to be on edge regarding payment (you'll pay extra for water/drinks at meal time) and one or two come across as a little rude about it, perhaps they have had some poor experiences in the past but ideally don't project that on to other customers. The rooms were fine but for 4 star I think there should have been access to a minibar. Unfortunately there's no in-house entertainment and the pool area is quite noisy due to close by traffic. The location is great with plenty in walking distance and close by to some wonderful social clubs. I'll expand on this review when time permits.

Directly at the Highway and windows are low quality without any noise protection. Traffic noise all night long. This is Banus, so lots of loud Lambos. During our visit the pool was under renovation. So unusable and nice view on a construction site. Breakfast is good. Room cleaning was missed on 2 of 6 days. Fixed after calling the receiption but when you leave at 8 in the morning, come back at 2 pm then this is plenty of time to get the room cleaned. On the first day TV was not working. Was fixed. Long queue on check in,... In summary a 3 star hotel with lots of deficits. Staff was helpfull to note something positive.

The rooms are nice and clean, the quality of service depends on which employee you find at the reception. We came several times (6 times but only because the location is good) and no particular attention was brought to us knowing we are loyal clients. Last time when we checked in, I specifically told the receptionist to put us on a room far away from the highway noise, he put us on the worst one (knowing they have plenty of empty rooms even if they are telling us the opposite), I suspected that they give the best rooms to European people, so I really sensed a kind of racism in this hotel. So a part from one nice lady who were always there at evenings and the buffet employees, all the staff is not worthy of a 4 stars. The bar close to the rooms is a NIGHTMARE, this definitely should be removed… it’s a small hotel not a big palace. The noises on the hallway should be PROHIBITED… that is the least they can do. If I am coming back is only for the location!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
