We had an extremely pleasant stay at Ocean Drive. The location is exceptional, 5 minutes' walk from Puerta del Sol, opposite the Teatro Real. You get out of bed and enter the metro (Opera station). The room is big enough, perfectly clean, comfortable bed and pillows. Friendly and helpful staff. The restaurant on the ground floor has a wonderful sangria. We will definitely stay at the same hotel on our next visit to Madrid.

Beautiful rooms. Amazing sky top pool and bar area. Located very close to the grand palace, shops and restaurants. Service was wonderful and very clean.

Update: we booked a Deluxe Double Plaza View room for Friday night (for 3 nights) as it was listed as soundproofed. The room was on level one and extremely loud until 4.30am. If you’re a light sleeper, I don’t recommend plaza-facing especially over a weekend. Our whole experience changed when we moved rooms to a Deluxe Double Terrace, Plaza View room on level 4. This room is so comfy with a massive bed, nice toiletries, beer keg and your own large terrace with sun bed, small table and 2 chairs overlooking the back of Opera. It’s quiet and restful. This really allows you to feel at home amongst the rooftops in Madrid. The pool is really lovely and comfortable, the onsite restaurant is gorgeous but we did have better food elsewhere with countless bar and dining options at your fingertips in the area. A short stroll to the Palace and gardens and really a fantastic location all round. Kudos to Olga on reception for completely turning our experience around.

This hotel customer service is the worst we ever experienced, we had a mistake on the reservation which we did double booking due to a signal issue we had, when we arrive to the hotel no one in the reception alert us that we had double booking and we notice it just after we saw that in credit card invoices. When we try reach for the hotel for get back money for one of the reservations , we got h blocked and no one there wants help us wit it, they deny responsibility of it and throwing it on booking and booking throwing it back to the hotel and for us not have any solution. Be careful with this hotel, its nice place but the customer service are bad.

be warned!! A hotel that is easy for thieves and those who fail.. The most disappointing experience I've ever had. I will never go near this place. I was charged twice for the same order

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
