The entertainment staff were the best! Big shout out to Kendall and Adel for making our trip so much fun! We stayed at this hotel with 22 other friends to celebrate our wedding I. Early Dec. 2023. The overall stay was a perfect mix of relaxing and fun! The food was good, the staff were helpful. There is a lack of beach space. A lot of the ocean view is on a cement barrier with a wooden boardwalk. However they do have a set up for beach front on the west side by the volleyball court. Overall this was an awesome place to stay for our celebration.

Writing this on our last day of our honeymoon trip! What a trip it’s been, I’m not sure where a lot of these bad reviews come from. Service from waiters and bar staff has been great, especially Carlos from the buffet and Jorge on the lobby bar. Always got into the restaurants no issue, drinks are always kept full 😊 facilities are clean, grounds are lovely! Entertainment team always have something going on, Carlos on the entertainment team always came and said hello and had a chat when he had time which was always nice they make time for everyone. Sam at the Dive it activity centre made booking trips and things to do very easy without pressuring you into booking and the trips were amazing too. Overall a great resort. Would happily return.

Excellent vacation !!!! Tons of things to do throughout the day , or if relaxing is your thing that can be done here. Kendall by the pool was very entertaining along with the rest of the blue team. Bartenders were great , good selection of drinks. Food was amazing , always a good selection at the buffet and lots of choices at the restaurants. Sports bar also had great snacks and food , awesome wings !!!! Mike's coffee was excellent, great for cookies as well !!! Room was very nice , cleaned daily and had everything we needed. Stayed in building 37 room 3701, great location for us. Overall I definitely would go back to this resort and recommend it . Thanks for a great week Ocean Maya Royale !!!!!

Went on a group trip here to Mexico and it was the greatest experience ever. The service is amazing here and every day the resort would have activates planned out throughout the day and shows + dance parties at night. Kendall made our experience super memorable with his high energy and his joyful personality everyday. Adella was super sweet and made our experience very fun. Francisco the bartender was amazing as well! We had so much fun and enjoyed every bit of it even though it rained a lot. Highly recommend and would definitely come back to see the staff as they all work super hard and are all super friendly!

This resort made us feel safe and secure our entire stay. The entertainment is plentiful and various. There are a lot of creative getaways to hide out for peace here, or always a great time to be had by the poolside. Adela, Kendall, Brown Sugar, DJ, and the rest of the staff made it really enjoyable to be by the pool and they remember you so you start to really feel connected with the staff and other guests during your stay.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
