My boyfriend and I stayed here for one night with our dog, great location, only a few minutes walk to the beach. We happened to forgot a few of our clothes we hung in the closet, the staff was so nice and quick about it, but unfortunately we were already 2 hours away, my boyfriend didn’t realize they had called us. But the staff were so nice and they went to ups to send our clothes to our address, we received it the following day. Thank you again, you guys are awesome!

We did a quick weekend stay here, and loved it! Incredibly reasonable price, quick walk to the pier and the boardwalk. We actually walked everywhere we needed to be. The room was spacious, tv had plenty of channels, AC worked great! We loved taking a dip in the pool and hot tub. There’s a really amazing bodega across the street with incredible breakfast burritos and coffee, and an awesome taco shop half a block away. The staff were incredibly kind. We actually decided to stay an extra night and it was so easy. This is definitely our go-to Santa Cruz spot!

Well the room was okay but had to ask for additional coffee and toilet paper which was clearly not stocked appropriately. The reason I say low stars is due to the spa temp. A nice warm jacuzzi is first and foremost to a high quality stay at a hotel that advertises such. The spas were COLD, lukewarm at best. I went out of my way to stand in their window check in line and ask nicely for a warmer spa. She gave me a poor excuse about preventing burns and said “I’ll tell my manager.” Disappointing and cheap! Better service and a hot jacuzzi please.

Stayed here for a quick three day trip to Santa Cruz. For location, it’s so convenient; it’s close to the beach, pier, boardwalk, and lots of shops and great places to eat. In terms of value for price, it’s a bit overpriced for the quality of the rooms (though prices are comparable to other motels around the area). The mattress and pillows weren’t really comfortable and the walls and ceilings are thin; we could hear the people above us (the street noise was pretty low though). The room had good AC and nice amenities like toiletries and free Keurig coffee and the included parking was convenient. The staff was friendly as well.

Third time staying at this hotel and I couldn’t complain about anything, the price is great and the room is clean. I came for my anniversary and I had balloons all over the place and the second day the cleaners put all the balloons on the bed making my room clean and special. Highly recommend for a affordable good hotel!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
