The staff was VERY friendly, especially the restaurant staff. The location is awesome. I spent the day relaxing on the beach. They rent chairs and umbrellas. The restaurant has terrific food and a full bar. The rooms are clean but slightly in need of some upgrades. The bed is very soft. I agree with other posts that it is strange that there isn't a shower door but these minor issues are trumped by the gorgeous view from the pool area. I would stay here again and I am really picky about hotels.

We love this hotel! Great rates for beach front property. All rooms have some sort of ocean view balcony - may be side view. This is our 2nd year in a row staying here. Staff is great! Karla at the front desk has been super helpful! Great beach front hotel. Clean & nice rooms. Also - Carlos in valet was super nice!

I have been coming here for 30 years. When it was a Ramada. We just left today for Christmas and our experience was awful! For the amount they are charging, the drains (shower and sink) in the bathroom were so clogged, the water was spilling on the floor. The doors had pieces of it missing. I can’t even make this up! My daughter and I got food poisoning from the bar outside. I asked for a crib and they didn’t deliver it till 8 HOURS later! Here is the part that made me write this review…when I told front desk about all this. They said the food poisoning is not on them that it’s on the restaurant. They told me I should have called down and asked for someone to unclog the drains. Never an apology for anything. Now, it is not the consumers job to have to deal with this after all the money we spent here. It is housekeepings responsibility to check each drain when they clean the rooms. Not mine! I should have not deal with this! When I talked to the restaurant manager he told me I got food poisoning from the airport when we drove here….Unbelievable how no one is taking any responsibility but putting it on me and my family. After coming here as a child for 30 years. We are going to the Hilton. Never again coming here which is sad because this is a childhood experience for me.

The staff is outstanding, they go out of their way for your family to have a great stay. The outdoor pool is heated year round, the hot tub is between the Tiki bar, a towel exchange/return, and a bathroom a great set up for families. The ocean is 30-40 feet from the outdoor pool area steps. We were there during the off season and some construction was going on next door, but the staff was happy to move our room to the other side of the building. The in room bathrooms are new, and the rooms are clean. Valet parking is the same as the paid parking across the street, but the 24 hour information of local (non chain) places to eat, get coffee, find fresh seafood, fish, and explore was invaluable. Our room was clean, had a coffee maker, the larger dorm sized refrigerator, and microwave. Winn Dixie and Walgreens are just down the street for snacks and beach items, you can sign up for a member savings accounts with your phone number. It is on the ocean and had some expected salt/heat/sun fading/wear but the interior lobby and restaurant are polished to a high shine. The location is great and has a well thought out pool/beach area for families.

Great location. Nice rooms. Strange noises. Maintenance issues. Balcony covered with debris. Entirely missing glass shower door. Hot water was quick and nicely very hot. Public areas need an upgrade. Asked for a room far away from the elevators, but was given a room directly opposite them. Noisy at times.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
