This small boutique hotel in the stunning Bakoven area is a true gem, just a 5-minute drive from Camps Bay. The grounds are beautiful, the breakfast delicious and the service outstanding. We had an issue with our AC, but the staff promptly addressed it and generously offered compensation without any prompting from us. We stayed in the Panorama room, which was absolutely breathtaking. It's extremely spacious, complete with a private kitchen and a large balcony. Highly recommended!

I have been to Ocean View House several times in recent years. It is a gem of the highest quality. The service by Mark( and Supreme ) in reservations has been of the highest standard, particularly in the efficient way that support was given this year when travel problems occurred. A lovely guest house with clean modern rooms. The staff are very friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. Breakfast is amazing and will set you up for the day! It is an easy 10 minutes walk to Camps Bay where there is a lively selection of bars and restaurants. Highly recommended and if I come to Cape Town again I will would happily stay here again.

Gorgeous Bed & Breakfast in the stunning Bakoven. It’s a great area and super close to a secret beach. The grounds are gorgeous, lovely breakfast options and conveniently located to the main area of Camps Bay. Highly recommend this gem!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
