Awful place! They weren't correct with us and they did nothing good for our stay. I am a traveling person and I always check the places where I go, but now they surprise me on a very bad way. Can you believe that when we arrived there and paid for 8 day in this hotel ,they asked me to pay deposit for equipment 100 $ for every person and after when we lived the hotel they asked me to pay for electricity!? I couldn't believe that they really took money for that. BTW we didn't see how much electricity we spent, just someone from the staff went and say the price, it was really crazy. When I asked them what is included in the price for the room, they couldn't explain anything to me. The staff was very unfriendly and lazy,the didn't clean our room, we did it by ourselves and they didn't change the towels in the bathroom, no toilet paper, nothing....but they take good money (hotel wasn't cheap) . So,people, if you plan to visit Thailand, don't go to this hotel,they will broke down your vacation! P. S. I forget, we have insects in the room. 🐜🐜🐜🐜🕷🕷🕷🕷

This is perfectly adequate holiday accommodation a 10 to 15 minute walk from the main beach. A tuk tuk provides free transport to the beach every two hours. Nice room with a kitchen area and a large bathroom. Breakfast is Thai style with a nod to the European palate. Two points to consider are the lighting in the bedroom is very poor so it is difficult to read in bed at night and the building is on a very busy road that is quite noisy and difficult to cross.

I am staying near here and the massage was recommended. This review is for the massage parlor only. The hotel is nice and the parking is good. First I scheduled the massage in advance and was told I would receive the discount. A normal 1 hour massage anywhere in the area is only 300 baht. On sitting on the table she said, do you want oil? Why isn't oil included, if course you need massage oil. I thought maybe it was a special oil but she explained the regular massage is oil free. Oil is 550 baht. In check it my bill was over 1500 baht. She charged a spa fee, and some other random fes that I'm sure she made up. A normal massage anywhere with oil is only 300... Don't get ripped off getting massages here. The beach has them beach front only 300-400. Every parlor in town is cheaper... And the massage was.. ok

Great location around 700m walk to the village and beach- beautiful walk in the am and evening and lots of places to be pampered, shop or eat and of course swim! Make sure you get taxi sorted early as it can be expensive if you want to call&drive on the fly. We were able to secure a clean airconed taxi van, all day for 9 people -went to Phuket for lunch, shopping, touring, patong markets,back to shopping ,dinner and drop off to 3 different hotels for around $100 -110 Aud..our apartment was clean cool and a great place to relax after our busy days...swimming pool was awesome.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
