TERRIBLE HOTEL! service was awful, Reception charged me extra when I've already paid everything to Expedia. Hallways are dark, towels dirty. The only thing is that is close to the beach...... but there are way better hotels on the beach..... DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL to anyone.....

It's well located hotel. It's near of Copacabana beach. To get to Copacabana beach you only need to cross the Atlantic avenue. It rooms are clear and comfortable. The hotel have one pool which you can see the Copacabana beach. It's a marvelous view. I recommend this hotel.

Quite the worst hotel i think I have ever stayed in. The room was dirty and smelly, the sheets were too small for the bed and the sliding window onto the street did not lock. You pay extra for wifi and the safe, there was a strong smell of pot on the first floor and there is a brothel next door (no really). The staff were not interested and acted as if this was all normal. On the plus side it is very close to the beach (but also close to the hookers) I was lucky I only had to stay one night.

Hotel was absolutely terrible. Old, small, and the WATER did not even work. No shower, no sink, and we could not even flush the toilet. There are so many other hotels near here. Go ahead and book any other hotel. I will edit this review if the hotel management can help fix these issues. Otherwise my review is 100% accurate.

Location is great, and that is the only justification for the price. Service is ok. The rooms look kind of meh, with bed covers (and everything else) which are probably 50 years old, but it's clean enough. It's also nice that they give you towels to take to the beach.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
