This is a very good hotel just short of a very luxurious one (no mini bar or room service or slippers). The room we had was great - a real suite with a lovely balcony overlooking the pool and the water. The workers are down to earth and helpful. I have a Tesla and one man at 8 PM helped me find their charger and taught me how to use it (new car). The restaurant is lovely and the staff were very kind. The desk staff was great but unfortunately the concierge was just not there whenever I needed her except once when she was and was helpful. They should give you her her number so when she is not at the desk you can call her and hopefully not get voicemail. Overall a top notch stay, As everyone will tell you it is 30 minutes out of the Old Town in Key West but the shuttle runs every hour and is very reliable and the bus driver is funny and informative. Also there are six big usually empty pools, a ping pong table, chess and huge comfy chairs and great background music and no fight for the beach chairs which are plentiful. I'm coming again. Very high value for the price.

What a great experience! Claudia and Christine at the Front Desk were amazing. We enjoyed the text updates and correspondence back with some requests. The room was very well maintained and clean. The Yellowfin Grill was also spectacular. Andrei and Jean were more than attentive and professional. We enjoyed breakfast and lunch at the restaurant, and were very pleased with the patio views inside and outside. We are looking forward to a repeat visit when we make our way back to the Keys.

Where to start! there were major issues from the start! When we did the reservation we thought that they were only taking the deposit on the room no the charged for the whole stay. then they botched the reservation from the beginning. we asked not to be right next door to the other couple that we were traveling with. they put us right next door to them. they were also running a special and would not change the price of the room to include us in the special. Then after the first day we came back and housekeeping only cleaned part of the room. so then we had to call them. then I was told that we had to text them. there are no phones in the rooms. what they never said at the check in was that the resort fees were not charged at the time of booking. Then I decided to take advantage of the laundry service. so I filled the back that was provided and thought that $12 was an okay price for Wash & Fold. Went and paid and then the mgr called and said it was more. so then we had to hold them to what they said. tried some of the resort activities and they had no supplies to do them. the put put was joke. the lobster buoy painting was a total joke. there was little to no paint to paint with and with a 48 per day resort fee there should have been plenty. I could go on and on but I Am sure that you get the drift. this place is a sham, Overpriced and a complete joke! do not stay here!

We were in search of a luxury family resort in Key West and after a lot of research we decided to stay at Oceans Edge Resort. It has a lot to offer on premise and is a wonderful resort for those traveling with kids in Key West. It is away from the hustle of downtown but there is a shuttle service provided that is very convenient for families. The rooms very very clean an the grounds are impeccable. Nice to have several pools on site as well and the marina was a great attraction with the fish, manatees and other wildlife right outside your door. Restaurant and cafe were great as well! Highly recommended this resort for families traveling to Key West!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
