Great hotel! Staff service and care to costumers is amazing! They will do everythibg they can to make your trip ungorgetable! I had the room with the tatami and I slept so well… The cleanliness of the room and facilities was beyond standard. It’s near to the main subway línes and the access is easy. The gentleman in the breakfast room was so sweet and helpful, trying to speak in Spanish to greet and thank me. I’ll stay there in my next visit to Japan for sure!

My daughter and I stayed at this hotel five days and we absolutely loved it! Service is outstanding, the staff is kind and very attentive. We got a bottle of water each evening when returning from our day trips; the morning staff knew how we liked our eggs cooked and everyone was ready to help with any request. We booked a Japanese style room and loved it. The futon was on the thin side so it may not be ideal for someone over 150 lbs. The room and bathroom were spaceous compared to almost any other hotel (non-luxury) in Japan. Our room had a nice table by the window and a nice view to the street, which is also rare because most hotels will have either tiny or no window, with a view to the wall or building next door, so we enjoyed sitting on the table to recap our highlights of the day. The area is beautiful and has lots of restaurants, izakayas and coffee shops at walking distance. Akihabara is only a 15-20 minute walk away, the Imperail Palace is 15 minute subway ride, etc. There are different subway lines connecting the area with other parts of the city and since there are two universities nearby, there are lots of bookstores and shops. We stayed at a different hotel in Shibuya and we hated it so much that we cancelled the last two days and came back to our beloved ryokan. Anyone searching for a genuine Japanese experience, and interested in learning the cultural nuances of this unique nation will enjoy staying here over a western style hotel. We look forward to returning next year!

A great hotel in a quiet neighborhood. Several convenience stores right around the corner and relatively close to a subway station. About 10 to 15 mins by foot to reach Akihabara. There is barely any street noise at night which was unexpected but made for a great night sleep. The hotel staff is extremely accomodating and speaks good English. The hotel and rooms are very clean and well kept. Japanese style breakfast is included and the basement houses a small public bath area. I stayed in a 1 person Japanese style room where you sleep on a futon on the tatami floor. The bed was comfortable, but people used to a soft mattress might find this kind of bed too hard for their taste. The room itself is very tiny, as is to be expected but since I was not traveling with a ton of luggage this was no problem for me at all. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Very nice hotel for the price in Tokyo. The staff were friendly and the inclusion of free breakfast (in 2017) was a nice treat. The hotel is not too far from a train station and metro station but is not really near the Yamanote line. The area was quiet and not commercial, and it's within walking distance to the Imperial Palace. The room was a small but adequate size for one person, as usual in all Tokyo business hotels, and was kept well with good cleanliness.
