        It was great experience.. although the room is sexy and tiny but I was amazed with the reception name Maricar (I guess the name is right hehehe) she is very approachable and she have the welcoming smiling face I feel so comfortable with her service.. Amazing service Great people

        Very bad service! We booked last night, April 9, 2018. The remote of the television is not working. So I decided to call the front office only to realize that the phone is not connected to its port bec it has no wire. So i have to go down to the lobby by myself instead of just calling the room service. We actually booked late night and it is the time when my husband and i would just like to rest but because of these problems, we have to deffer our resting time and wait for the room service to repair the phone. Jimmy, the one who repaired tge phone line is also arrogant. As per their website. Room accomodations has free internet access but the signal/connection is intermitent. And this is the only hotel that says they are not responsible on the signal strength of its connection. Why would they indicate this facility in their website if there is ko guarantee? And as per their website, they provide hair dryer and alarm but it was nowhere to be found. It also has dilapidated ceiling paint in the bathroom. The tiles were not clean. The size of their blanket could only cover my legs. I will never ever recommend this hotel to any of my friends.

        They not served good quality food breakfast. Dirty towel . Complementary water only provides upon request. Not strong enough WiFi. Claims to be 3 star hotel but we requested iron the replies was here we don't provide all this. Bascilly not worthy to stay in this hotel. Room prices redicales.
