        I review this place 0 because they didnt garuntee saftey for my vehicle parked in there property and there customer service was very bad they said they will contact me back and they never did

        Avoid like the plague!! Rooms were dirty and the bathroom smelt really bad. Service is rude or clueless, and just terrible. We had to book this last minute due to a very late cancelled flight and limited availability in short notice. We waited to get checked in at 1am for about 30 minutes so that reception could check in the person before us. Then the guest came back down to complain that there was already someone in the room they gave him and he had walked into someone else in the room in their underwear! They take a €150 regardless of prepayment. And city tax must also be paid at the hotel. He didn’t tell us when breakfast is or give us codes for the Wi-Fi. Only 1 lift was working and it took forever. Only got 1 towel in our room too. The whole pace did not feel clean. The cloth and sponge to wash dishes with in our room was wet even before we used it 😖there were also bugs flying around inside our room when we arrived. They also charge you a fee if you don’t clean your dishes or take the rubbish out before you leave so makes sure you do it. I didn’t feel safe leaving my bag here, especially after seeing another review saying that their bags went. Issuing and the hotel did not help whatsoever, even after submitting a police report. Don’t stay here unless you’ll be homeless for the night!

        We liked the opportunity to park our car in the garage, even though you have to pay extra and the possibility of washing your clothes. When we arrived in our room, it smelled like somebody smoked in there before. Not a good first impression. The equipment in the kitchen should be checked and maybe renewed. We had only one fork for two persons…The kitchen wasn’t really clean. And the walls of the room looked like they have been painted a long time ago.

        I don't recommend a stay there. If you book a room per booking.com it's very complicated to find the information that you need a credit card for a 150 Euro deposit. Legit. On the app it said "no credit card payment" :) so we arrive around 7pm and suddenly we have to pay 150 euros with credit card. We tell the staff member that we don't own a credit card but we are willing to pay those 150 euros per Paypal or even cash. He says it's not possible, so we cannot stay there. So we're basically homeless at 8pm in Marseille, they didn't even offer help or told us where the nearest hotel was. We cancel our reservation and, what a surprise, suddenly the cancelation isn't free anymore so we didn't even got our money back. Absolute scam and undeniably rude people.

        We had a warm welcome from Youssouf, he also kindly helped us store our bycicles in a safe storage. Customer service is on point with all the staff, the room was recently refurbished and painted, well equipped and clean. We also chose Odalys for the price and were really happy of the high standard we got. I recommend this place.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
