PLEASE THINK BEFORE YOU BOOK THIS HOTEL:( I recently had a disappointing experience with Paris Off Seine Hotel, and I feel compelled to share my thoughts to help fellow travelers make informed decisions. I had booked a stay at this hotel, but unfortunately, due to the unforeseen circumstances of COVID and the cancellation of my flight, I couldn't make it to the property. Despite these genuine reasons, the hotel not only failed to understand my situation but also charged my card without any consideration instead of me cancelled the booking very prior. What frustrated me even more was the lack of communication and empathy from the customer service representatives. Instead of reaching out to discuss the situation or offer any assistance, they simply debited the money from my card without any prior notice. This disregard for customer concerns is unacceptable. Furthermore, the hotel claims to charge guests only upon reaching the property, but in my case, this did not happen. I ended up paying for a stay I never had, contrary to the policy they advertise. So, if you value your money and expect decent customer service, I strongly advise against booking a stay at Paris Off Seine Hotel. My experience has left me dissatisfied, and I hope this review serves as a cautionary note for others considering this establishment.

Very good boutique hotel on the Seine. Service is great, spent a couple of nights there and you’re not bother at all by being on the water. Very good scenic location. I will definitely come back

Good location and is convenient for public transport. Not far from Botanic Gardens. Service is good at the hotel, but can find yourself in trouble with toilet use. Possibly it's just our room, but the staff didn't give that expression. It's on the water, we have been told, and sometimes the flush is stuck and the water keeps flowing over the toilet ball. Other than that it was a good hotel with friendly staff.

Great hotel. Rooms are the perfect size for a boat. The room we stayed in had a shower, bed, toilet and TV. There are plenty of places to sit outside of your room to chill out. On the opposite side of the bank there is a party boat but I couldn't hear any noise coming from it at all. When the window is open the noise from the train station is pretty loud but once the window is closed you don't get any outside sound. The room has a central heating / air con system which is seasonally controlled. I can say in the week that we were there we only had the heating on once, the rooms are warm enough without needing to use the heating. The food was good and the staff are all really friendly. The boat is moored next to a train station, metro station and a boat bus so getting around Paris is really really easy. A really good experience all round and would stay here again.

Great location on the river, yes, actually on the river as it is a hotel boat. Inspired, modern design, rooms reminiscent of a modern cruise ship, nice dining options and spaces just to sit and enjoy the view.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
