Everything about our stay was great!! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Allowed us to check into our room early when we were just planning to leave our luggage to go explore. The Economy room was perfect for what we needed. The room and bathroom was a little dated however it was clean and again perfect for what we needed which was just to sleep. Highly recommend them! Great price and even better location! Oh and make a stop next door at Loreley’s. Super fun staff and fun holiday drinks!!

We recently chose hotel for an overnight in NYC and were so glad we did. Our stay started off with a warm and friendly greeting from the staff at the front desk. Check in was easy and efficient. We found our room to be clean and comfortable- brand new! Quite beautiful. The view from our room as the sun was setting was spectacular! After an evening at the theatre, the bar was open for a night cap. Breakfast was fresh and delicious served by more friendly staff. Our overall experience was exceptional! We’ll be back

Our expectations were surpassed and we really enjoyed our stay. The suite is well maintained and functional, space and a fantastic location. The staff are friendly and helpful and went above and beyond what we could have hoped for. We look forward to coming back!

Wi-Fi is horrible and it’s impossible to use it even for chats, also as audibility. You hear each step of your neighbors, and you feel like an elephant is walk on your head. I felt a vibration of the bed because of the steps in another apartment 🤯 So I had 3 nights without sleep Also the floor was sticky, “cleaning” is only making the bed, and they left an envelope for the tips, lol. Staff is not friendly

Really good price point. This accommodation has an old-school charm in a slightly gritty neighbourhood. Near the tenement museum. The apartment was very dated with an old-fashioned and noisy aircon, but it was spacious, with two single beds in the bedroom and a comfy queen-sized sofa bed in the living area. If you want a smart room, then you should go elsewhere, but we were happy here. Zero complaints for the price and the staff here are amazing. They go above and beyond to help with anything you need and answer all questions. They were so kind and helped us with booking our transfers to the hotel after we stayed a night, and even waited with us on the sidewalk at 3am until we were safely in our transport. Grateful to them for capping off a great stay with their sweet service! Thank you so much. Giving four stars for location and the slightly dated rooms, but a solid and irrefutable five stars for the great service and the competitive price.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
