        First impression is how beautiful this hotel is from the outside already and it even smells amazing when you walk in. The staff was so nice and helpful and the rooms were cleans and spacious. The breakfast was amazing and the happy hour for massages are an amazing deal. They were super attentive whenever I walked back in and when my friend expressed she wanted to go to a water puppet show in town, they went and got the ticket for her. We even set up our airport ride back through them and absolutely everything was a great price. Plus the location is literally in the middle of everything and so much is within walking distance. Definitely staying here again when I come back to Hanoi.

        We recently stayed at O’Gallery and had an amazing stay. The room was lovely, the breakfast buffet was fantastic, the location was very central and convenient (so many great things at walking distance including the weekend night marked) and most of all, the staff were incredible! They made us feel like a million bucks and their kindness and eagerness to help us have a great stay was really impressive. Tracy, Jonathan and Anna, as well as the rest of their team, were awesome and we highly recommend this hotel because of them. If you’re looking for help with booking some tours or if you want to enjoy a really nice spa date, they can help with those too. We hope to visit them again in the future!

        1. Poor Cleanliness: The room was not properly cleaned upon arrival & even the next day. 2. Unprofessional Staff: The staff members seemed indifferent to guest concerns and were unhelpful when approached about the issues with the room. It felt as though they were not interested in ensuring a pleasant stay for guests & we had a fight 3. Overpriced for Quality: the price I paid for the stay felt exorbitant and not commensurate with the quality of service provided, it doesn’t seem like a 4 stars hotel 4. The breakfast offerings were extremely limited, with only a few basic items available. There was a lack of variety in both hot and cold options, making it difficult to find something suitable for different dietary preferences. Overall, I was deeply disappointed with my experience. I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Management should address these issues promptly to improve the overall guest experience.

        What makes this hotel special is the beautiful staff that works here. They work tirelessly to make their guests happy and comfortable. They always greet everyone with a smile and they go above and beyond to ensure their guest are enjoying their stay in Hanoi. The staff at the reception desk are so nice!!! Jonathan greeted us upon our arrival and made our check in seamless. Tracy always greeted me with a smile!!! She is extremely welcoming and kind. Anna who works at the dining area is lovely. She went above and beyond to ensure we were enjoying our meal. The cleaning staff do such an amazing job at keeping this hotel at perfection. The breakfast buffet is top notch. I enjoyed the variety of foods. I loved the nicely cooked veggies!! Overall this hotel is perfect in my opinion. It’s centrally located and everything that you need is within walking distance. Thank you for such a wonderful experience during my stay in Hanoi.- Aida

        Booked 4 rooms for 5 adults and 2 young adults. Staff was awesome, attentive and helpful with any request. Breakfast is great, I would find it difficult to provide anything off. Location was great. Travel to/from airport was made hassle free. Even the tour bus that picked us up was on time and without any issues. Best hotel I have been at.

          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
