This is not a 5* hotel. The location, design & decor are superb but the service, quality of breakfast & appointment of the rooms is simply average. Either equip the rooms with some decent technology & some basic information ( not even a qr code to be found), cut down the quantity while increasing the quality of items offered at breakfast ( we got coffee & pastries from Starbucks on our last day because we couldn’t stomach any more blandness)& educate your staff about proper customer service( having bought a €35 bottle of wine from the bar & being assured there was a corkscrew in our room when there wasn’t I was asked to bring the bottle down myself). Or be honest & re-brand as a 4* hotel.

Wonderful location, clean rooms with odd dark bathrooms, open glass shower that is visible when you walk in the room makes for awkwardness........would like to have had more furniture in the spacious room to make the stay more practical. Roof top bar and views were perfect, restaurants were average.

Very good hotel, the staff is very professional and helpful especially Ms. Souyri the receptionist she is very kind. The location is perfect close to everything. The rooftop is very beautiful the view amazing I totally recommend.

We absolutely LOVED our stay here. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Everything felt like white-gloved service. The hotel itself is a piece of art. The rooms have gorgeous designs (we stayed in a junior suite and my mother stayed in a designer room). The rooftop pool and deck were lovely. The rooftop deck is a hip bar in the evenings, where guests from outside the hotel come to have a cocktail and take in the views (unfortunately, this results in an earlier pool closing time of 7:00 pm or 19:00). A couple items of note: the toilet is somewhat hidden (the wall is black, and there are no door handles—so you push the wall to enter the toilet “closet”). My mother struggled to find hers, but we had no issues. If you are staying in a design room, be prepared to have NO privacy in the shower. It is almost like a Barbie display box, a glass shower—in the center of the room.

Grabbed some food and beers at the rooftop bar during our stay in Barcelona. Very nice views from the rooftop bar overlooking some of Barcelona. Reasonably priced for a 5 star hotel. Wasn’t impressed with the service. Bar Staff were on their phones and messing about behind the bar which shouldn’t be happening at a 5 star hotel.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
