Service: Very good service and warmhearted staff. Bedroom: Big and clean. Our bedroom updated from normal one to a bigger one with balcony. Location: Good location in the city centre. And very convenient public transportation. Restaurant: Delicious and wonderful. Overall: I will recommend Ohla Example hotel to my friends if they come to Barcelona in the future!

My second visit to Ohla Eixample, and I gotta say it's always excellent. There is no wonder that this hotel has 5 stars. The staff are always super nice and courteous as soon as you walk through the doors. The room is wonderful, spacious and clean. The location is perfect for all the sightseeing and food. And finally the meals/drink selection is excellent. Ohla Eixample is my favorite hotel ever, and I regularly will come back to Barcelona because of my experience

When we arrived, the room we had was small, and when my mother went to the front desk to ask for a more spacious room, our concerns was addressed by Fatima, the manager on duty that day. She understood our family concerns and solved the problem the next day, by providing us with a more spacious room, for the duration of our stay. We liked the idea of FATIMA, being a problem solver, with great listening skills! Fatima is Excellent! Also, our room cleaner- Blessing, was Excellent at her job! She paid attention to details, and whenever she cleaned our room, she provided enough towels and hygiene supplies for a family of two. Fatima and Blessing, were exceptional staff! Generally, all the staff were courteous, polite and friendly, when you chat them Up. The hotel was always very CLEAN! We loved the breakfast options, and especially the water to hydrate at the Lobby. We will definitely return to this hotel!

This is a 3* at best. While the staff where very friendly and helpful, the rooms and amenities where similar to a premier inn. It might have a Michelin star restaurant in it but it looks very underwhelming. The breakfast was exceptionally limited and not of any standard at all - we came here for our honeymoon and checked out after one night to stay somewhere else. Do not over pay for this hotel £200 per night is the true value

From the fantastic welcome, lovely staff, superb restaurant and excellent room, not forgetting the rooftop bar and infinity pool! Whilst the hotel us a little bit further from the city centre, it is in a great location, a bit less touristy and still walkable to everything we wanted to visit. We had a fantastic stay for our wedding anniversary.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
