This is THE place you want to stay in Santorini. The view is stunning and truly amazing. It's THE place everyone wants to be in Santorini. The staff are incredibly friendly. The only downside is the poorly-behaved tourists. They are quite cunning and try every excuse to sneak in and take pictures. Suggestions to future guests planning to stay here: DO NOT TRY TO BE NICE to the people who sneak in! Regardless of what they say, just tell them to leave. There was a couple who bypassed two gates and broke into the hotel. They were overly 'friendly' and claimed they had not managed to book the hotel online but received permission to enter just to take pictures for 2 minutes before leaving. We suggested they speak to the hotel owners. Subsequently, they headed straight for the pool, removed their shoes, and entered the pool without washing themselves! Later, when they were finished and the staff found them, they falsely claimed that we had allowed them to do so, which was not true. Therefore, a lesson for other guests: DO NOT BE NICE. Simply ask them to leave immediately!

This was the best of all our hotels we stayed in on our 2 weeks in Greece. The views were phenomenal. We had our own private deck that we ate our hand delivered breakfast on every morning. There is no Reception desk but you message Mary for anything you need, and she is very responsive. The only downside is the people who clog the walkway to your room, trying to get their Santorini instagram shot. But again, stay here if you want the best.

The location is just AMAZING! It’s so surreal that the hotel is right above the famous blue domes! You can have the amazing view of picture-perfect Santorini all to yourself! Each room comes with an outdoor jacuzzi. There’s also an outdoor cave pool that the hotel guests share. You can see the blue domes from the pool too! The only downside is that there are many tourists all day blocking the entrance to the hotel while taking pictures of the blue domes.

We are finishing a 3 night stay today. What an absolutely amazing location!!! The views are incredible and that still lacks describing how great they are! Mary was our host and she was absolutely 1st class! She made transportation arrangements for us, recommended an amazing beach to visit (Yalos), and made our stay so amazing! The bed was comfortable, AC was great in the room, and it was very clean!!! For a once in a lifetime trip this place was fabulous!!!

THE BEST PLACE TO STAY IN OIA!❤️ Simply gorgeous view of the caldera and sea. Within mins to the marble path for shopping souvenirs and restaurants! Great bonus was their clean hot tub (yes water is heated)! We went in Nov and water would have been cold. Hot tub was awesome in mid Nov. We used it everyday (even early in the morning at sunrise and at night). Marios was super courteous and helpful. We rented a car and Marios was at the parking lot to meet us and help us with our luggage (he even helped us the next day when we went to Fira, he helped us find a parking spot!) He showed us our beautiful room at amenities upon check in. Maria and Stamos were awesome too! Easy to reach and communicate! The only thing that's not as great is the breakfast because they are placed the night before and ordered elsewhere and thus the coffee and food will be cold upon delivery (no microwave to heat them up). Other than this, it's all 5 stars and worth it!!!! Thank you, Mary and Marios!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
