The complex is central to Oia and easy walking to most restaurants and shopping. The room is spacious with everything we need but is showing signs of needing a renovation, maybe it is the dark tiles on the floor. The steps to kitchen and bathroom are narrow and would be slippery if wet.

I don’t understand some of these reviews where people complained about silly things like the depth of the pool or the shower. We had the best stay ever! The staff were friendly and accommodating. Allowed an early check-in at 10am. The shower wasn’t large, but it was more than enough space. The location was beautiful and central. The coastal breezes through the beautiful blue and white building & shutters meant we never turned on the air conditioning. And we stayed in the peak season, late July, when it was hot. The pool is gorgeous. We had our own private courtyard with ocean views It was also quite seating, deck chairs, and sun umbrella. Quite affordable compared to most hotels in Oia. We booked a few months in advance. Cannot fault this place. Would absolutely stay here again!

Oia Sunset apartments is a charming family run facility. Clean rooms, quaint grounds, private patios, pretty pool area with a small bar. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect to explore Santorini. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here end of Aug with my family. It was just perfect for our needs. Location is spot on, view from our 2 terraces at apartment (15) was to die for, super clean and the most helpful staff I think I have ever encountered. They jumped on phones and booked us a rental car, boat cruise and a taxi while we were standing at reception. Kids loved the pool and good Wifi.

The hotel is located in a very special spot right in the middle of everywhere in Oia. The service was marvelous very pleasant staff Panos Stavros and Chrystina will always be there to answer your questions and offer you all you need during your trip. Highly recommended 👌

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
