Bathroom is not friendly for big guys. I’m 6”2. Hardly use the toilet. Not recommend for buddies with big tool. Hardly get into the bathroom. Hit my head on the towel rack. Can’t see my face on the mirror🤪.

If you are visiting Akihabara a lot, this is the hotel with one of the best locations as it is only 5 minutes walk away from Akihabara. It is also very close to the JR station Okachimachi (3min walk). Room keys must be deposited at the front desk when you leave the hotel for more than 1 hour. The single room is very compact but neatly laid out and clean. You get about all the accessories you'd expect (slippers, shampoo, body wash, hair dryer, water pot, TV, AC). The bed is comfortable and the place is quiet at night. Coin laundry available at the 1st floor. There is Really nothing to complain about for a hotel at this price! Extreme value!

This hotel was the best place I had stayed during my entire Japan trip. The staff spoke enough English to understand everything I asked, especially helpful was the young man who helped me with my initial check in and spent time explaining the rules of the hotel and the wifi info. I arrived early so I wasnt able to check into my room but they held my bags and took them to my room whenever it became available. They had an odd policy of asking that the key be dropped off at the front desk whenever I was going to be out for more than an hour. That was fine but whenever I came back they just gave me the room key without verifying who I was no matter who was working the front desk. Being Japan I'm sure it was fine but that would definitely not work in America! The room was clean and the beds were firm and comfortable. It was a nice place to come back to after a day of shopping or a night on the town. After checking out the front desk was happy to hold onto my backs for a couple of hours while I did some last minute shopping before heading home. Next time I am in Japan and plan to stay in that area I will definitely stay here.

This hotel is simply perfect. I spent a while sifting through hotel options, and wish I saw this one earlier. It’s 100% clean, modern, affordable and on the main street in a very convenient location, with some special touches and welcoming. It is walking distance from the Skyliner train Ueno stop, which is a convenient way to come straight from NRT airport. The Wi-Fi is reliable for me to do some work. They will hold your luggage if you arrive before 2pm check in. (My room is a single, but they also have doubles.)

This hotel is very new and clean. Compared with other similar type of hotels, this hotel is affordable and its location is convenient. You can use multiple stations from this hotel. You can find a convenience store near this hotel. You may feel a room is a bit small, but if you want your private room with affordable price, this hotel must be an option for you. The staff can keep your baggage for a while after your check-out so that you can enjoy sightseeing without your big and heavy baggage. This hotel has washing machine. If you want to wash your clothes, you can use it on the ground floor. You don't need to bring laundry detergent.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
