1. You won’t be able to sleep in OKKO. You’ll ruin your night and possibly the next day. 2. Any problem you have during your stay at OKKO is your own problem, not theirs, even if they created it. Management simply can’t care less. Even management’s responses to low rating reviews every time explain that it’s a guest who is the problem. I presume my review will get the same. You won’t sleep in this hotel. Watch the video attached to see why. The room is just above some kind of a loading bay where they work between 3am and 5am. Horrible sound. It’s very loud, plus vibration is insane, the walls were shaking. Ruined night, ruined day. Can’t wait to get out of here. The night manager’s name was Theo. Arrogant, ignorant, unprofessional unpleasant man. People like him shouldn’t be let anywhere close to hospitality sector. I got up and came to see him at about 4am. All I needed at that moment is either make sure they stop their loading and let me sleep or give me a key to the room in another part of the hotel where I can sleep. Instead of apologies (which usually come first when a guest is dissatisfied) he made a face as if he doesn’t understand English. Then instead of trying to understand and solve a problem he stared telling me that he lives in this city and it’s his city. Obviously very arrogant and proud, but firstly, I don’t care where he lives, secondly his French pride is useless in this case and doesn’t offer any solution to my problem. Advice to the management: send Theo back to school to learn English and some manners and don’t let him back for the benefit of your business.

Our flight got cancelled so this was the hotel we got until our next flight. Very nice rooms, fresh linens and nice and attentive staff. Food was good for quick dinners. They have a cool bar too and a great breakfast buffé. They have a great lounge area for hanging out, where you can have some snacks, coffee, tea whatever. Athough there are not to much to do in the area it is close to many connections (train, bus & tram) and of course close to the airport.

Room was on the 7th floor, very clean and quiet. Staff is also very friendly. Theres also a sauna and a gym. Which are both quiet and we were the only one there. Close to terminal 1. 10minutes walk. Close to get to the city by tram if you wish to stay close to the airport.

Hello. Last night, July 30th, 2023. Someone entered my room 105 while I was in the toilet room in the middle of the night, around 12:30am. I screamed and locked the door from inside and I think person left. I started calling the reception but they didn’t pick up for half an hour, so I was locked in the toilet room the whole time. After that I was able to finally reach the reception and the reception told me it’s not a problem, it was just another woman trying to enter my room, which was absolute lie as I heard man's voice very clearly and receptionist simply hang up the phone. I finally went out of the toilet room to your reception and he was extremely rude to me, saying he doesn’t care, he will call the police as I was very upset. He started threatening me saying he knows the police personally so he is not scared of anything. I have no idea who entered the room but since I was screaming they left. When I told him I don’t feel safe so he can help me to order a cab and move to another hotel, he started shouting at me saying to stop it. I can leave if I want to leave but he will not do anything at all to help me and he left. This hotel is very unsafe place and the staff is extremely rude. Nobody should be put in such horrible circumstances. Its unsafe and its very scary. Receptionist was just surreal, he went on threatening me and downplaying the whole thing, he was screaming and shouting at me to make me feel like I'm the crazy person and a nuisance to his busy shift. He was telling me how I don't understand that he is working the front desk alone all by himself and I should feel bad for him and not complain. I was just in a surreal world with this hotel. Its horrible. Its insane. Such hotels should not exist. Its very very dangerous.

Amid record heat in the dead of July, this hotel has the weakest air conditioning ever seen on a modern building. The rooms at full cold are about 23.5° C and the halls and bar/club are at 25.5° C. I simply do not understand how this is acceptable in this day and age, as a hotel room in such a location is meant to be a comfortable refuge. I had to sleep without any blanket or sheet because otherwise it was too hot. Atop this, there are extremely little staff. This place is a ghost town and much of the time there is nobody to ask help.
