Stayed in this modern style hotel for my birthday in July 2022 during the hottest July in many years. The room was lovely, the air con struggled but was provided some fans to make it much more temperature controlled and comfortable. The food was very nice, the coffee was perfect and the teas was gorgeous. Staff were also very helpful. Bathroom was so nice, well designed and the shower was glorious. Though there was no wall between the bathroom but glass and wooden slats, so not full privacy, but fine. Gym and sauna were great also. Close to transport to get around Paris. Would definitely recommend

A modern and very welcoming hotel. A pleasant surprise, as it exceeded our expectations, in comparison to many other central parisian hotels. Spacious and clean room, swift 'n easy check in, and a very nice homey restaurant and cafeteria space. All Staff were extremely kind and professional. A very big thank you to Anna, a lovely lady from Malaysia, who made us feel like at home. A place definitely to visit again.

The room was a bit worn-down. The room design leaves a lot to be desired for: a real bathroom door, a closet, a bathroom without full visibility from outside. The staff was exceptionally helpful. The 24/7 coffee and snack bar was good. The location is in close proximity of public transportation and decent restaurants are within walking distance.

The hotel is very clean and the location is convenient. Thank the staff for their attentive service. The breakfast buffet is full of variety and fresh ingredients. I would especially like to thank the staff, Traore and Solange. They are very friendly and welcoming, and always offer to help guests. I have experienced excellent service here. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Paris.

Excellent hotel for a short stay in Paris. Room comfortable , bathroom slightly small and not completely seperated, The club room was amazing, spacious , comfy and relaxing. The staff are the best part , all helpful and attentive esp Ali at the front desk. A great stay and will definitely recommend and come back to.. Josey

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
