        Update: I can see the management team lying that they dont have a booking, as the team is very strange and not customer focused: here is the EXACT booking: Reservation Confirmation - OKKO HOTELS PARIS ROSA PARKS - 41990SE000989 I would appreciate if you could action my refund for the second night, due to having to leave in the middle of the first night due to odor, smell, dirt and lack of assistance. My review stands, a very terrible hotel that makes you feel incredibly uncomfortable. If I could rate this hotel 0 stars I would. Absolutely disgusting, should either be closed or investigated. Sheets had a terrible smell and room was dirty - when you ask to cancel, they refuse. Management are rude, horrible and now I understand why other people complained about this place. The CEO should be disgraced at who he has representing his hotel on front desk and the lack of hygiene in the room. Disgraceful, and a poor excuse of an establishment. See for yourself at your own risk.

        The reviews really don’t do this hotel justice. We asked to be on the sacre coeur side and yes you can hear the rer pass but it’s white noise and barely noticeable. The room was extremely clean too and the staff were absolutely lovely, special thanks to Noeva for her hospitality and warm welcome! The location was better than I thought since there are many buses to choose from and the RER is very convenient! 5 minutes from Gare du Nord 10 from St Lazare: very practical! We especially enjoyed the restaurant Noccio, the club open 24/7 with access to snacks and a lovely coffee machine with seasonal teas. The gym was a great addition too, if you are a boxer like me there is a bag! Last but not least I appreciated the climate friendly approach, recycling in the rooms, water fountains on everyfloor and no disposable toiletries (everything is in bulk sustainable packaging so nothing goes to waste). In terms of pricing this is an affordable hotel with amazing amenities, extremely clean and that accepts pets which is a very rare combination in Paris!! I will definitely be staying again! Thank you to the staff at okko and don’t let these online haters drag you down!

        The location of the hotel was awful because of the train noise. The rooms are not soundproof and you cannot sleep. The nature of the hotels is that you relax and sleep but this hotel is in a bad location with noise. Also they lost my umbrella in my room and they didn't even want to give any compensation for it as I had to walk under the rain till I get another umbrella - that caused me to get my coat and backpack (also everything inside) ruined. When I contacted them, they only apologized and nothing else. They claim that they care about their customers and they don't even compensate and address the issue in a customer centric way. The receptionist is not very well taking care of the situations like customer problems. If you are in service business, you have to learn how to address the problems of the customers and they were not able to resolve my problem at all.

        If I could rate this with zero stars, I would. We directly booked a family room at the hotel, not online, only to be met with an unpleasant odor. We requested a room change, but the alternative was just as bad. When we sought a refund, the staff declined impolitely. Their customer service is disappointing, especially considering the noise disturbances from nearby trains in the room we were given.

        The Rooms (at least my room) were small and basic, but very clean and modern. Though the Hotel is not close to any tourist attractions it's conveniently located next to a variety of restaurants and the Gare Rosa Parks train station. 🚆
