Hotel is nice and convenient location, staff are friendly and everything is clean and new. Breakfast buffet was very generous with everything you could want. Beds super comfy. Negative : the Room was not well stocked, for a room made up for 4 people there was only 1 bottle of water, 1 cup with one coffee pod, no tea or kettle, no milk in the fridge and not enough towels.

New and clean hotel in a good location. The room we stayed was too small, the door of the bedroom was touching the bed when open, the toilet paper holder was touching my leg when in at the place. Definitely not 25sqm that supposed to be (maybe half). Good mattress though on the bed and insulation (that’s why 2 stars instead of 1). The swimming pool of the hotel is a bit bigger than a bathtub. Receptionists too serious, not rude but also zero friendliness. The location is nice and quite. 10 mins walk to costanera center, nice restaurants in a few minutes walk proximity. If the room wasn’t too miserable, I could consider staying there again in my future visits in Santiago.

I stayed at Ola Santiago Providencia for 10 days and was very happy with the quality of the rooms and the service from the employees. Rooms are spacious and clean. The location is good for restaurants and transportation. The price is very reasonable. The staff were friendly and accommodating of my very poor Spanish speaking ability which is what really made my stay very enjoyable! Breakfast was OK but the bacon needs to be crispier! I would definitely stay again at Ola Santiago Providencia!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
