        I can not even begin to express in written words how amazing our stay was. We felt welcomed and so special from the moment we walked into the Nedbank building by the two hotel concierges downstairs. One of them escorted us to the 8th floor where we were welcomed with even wider smiles and our check-in was seamless. Our check-in was meant to be at 2 p.m., but we were told that they would hold onto our luggage as we headed for our next appointment. The lovely lady at check-in called us to tell us our room was available and again when we returned the service was WORLD CLASS! Breakfast was amazing with so much to choose from, both on the Menu and Buffet (we loved it). We were celebrating our marriage and really did not want something big, but the staff at Hotel Bank made it a BIG DEAL, this was the best Honeymoon. ( I will forever be grateful to them) We were met with delicious brownies when we got to our room. The rooms are amazing, I literally can't fault anything about our stay. We will definitely be coming back!

        This is the best hotel hotel I have ever stayed at ( I travel a lot for work and pleasure). The service was phenomenal, the team is super friendly and really helpful. The room was immaculate and despite the short notice of the booking ready for me when I got there. I really recommend this gem to anyone visiting Cape Town.

        No complaints really. The place is clean and spacious. Just had an issue with the single beds combined to make 1 double bed because the floor is wooden so the beds kept seperating, not very practical if you are sharing the bed with someone. Other than that it was good value for money but that's because I got 50% discount otherwise I would not pay full price it's quite expensive.

        What an amazing experience we had at the Old Bank Hotel at the last minute they accommodated us with warm hands ❤️ I did a surprise dinner party for my partner and everyone was so welcoming we were welcomed by the lovely manager on duty his name was Bash and another lady who I cannot remember her name but every single person assisted in every way possible and even made lovely suggestions.. Our friends want to come back because everyone enjoyed the food. Thank you so much to the hotel staff at 1902 Bistro you all deserve a raise 😂😉 God bless you all

        Tell me why I am still waiting for a refund for a reservation I cancelled back in August. I have been in communication with the hotel the whole time but somehow there seems to be something confusing from their side. The whole of last week I was told that my refund is being processed, this week is a different story. I have never received such bad and extremely poor service.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.
          The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.
          If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.
          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
          Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.
          For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in.           Hotel Cancellation Policy
          User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.
          Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.
          User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.
          Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.
          Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.
          If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

          Modification and Reschedule Policy
