We are glad that we got to the Old George Hotel. It has an excellent location - close to the metro and many attractions for tourism. Nearby there is a pleasant café with delicious and inexpensive cuisine. The hotel is comfortable and clean. But I would especially like to mention the staff. Everyone is friendly and polite. Administrator Inga surprised us by greeting us as old friends and always ready to help solve various problems. We really appreciate Georgian hospitality 🤗

First, positive comments. Accommodation looks like newly renovated, fresh and clean with good furnitures. However, the bed made a sound whenever I rolled and ruined my sleep. This can be fixed for sure. A great budget hotel in a great location. This could be easily 5* but when I walked in at 1900 hrs asking for a room and price, I was quoted 20% more than online. Maybe it was for a higher category. But it wasn't the ideal situation to upsell higher category when I walked in at that time and wanted to check out before 0700 hrs in morning. While receptionist was talking with me, I made the online booking. As I'm working in hotel industry, I know for sure the hotel won't be in loss even if they quoted lower than online rates.

Amazing location,nearby to all supermarkets,shops,cafes,and also metro,and also all historic places are just a walk away,loved each and every amenities of this hotel,clean and good room,so friendly and helpful staff,everytime available to help. Adding to it some hotel officials specifically Mamuka and Inga are so much helpful,supportive. Mamuka helped me a lot in exploring new and different places of Georgia. Last but not the least,Inga you are amazing so humble and helpful girl,you were always available to help me in whatever i needed and also provided me all stuff what i wanted in just 1 call,would love to come and again to your hotel.Thank you so much ❤️❤️

I was very happy to have found this hotel. The price was very good for what they offered. Rooms in excellent condition, heating worked perfectly, and shower was as hot as I wanted. The location was nice, close to grocery store on the next block and only a short walk to the tourist area of Old Tbilisi. The breakfast was so very nice each morning. I felt very safe in my room at night. The staff there were all very nice and courteous. The one who helped me the most was Inga. She was always willing to show me whatever I needed to know. She made sure I was awake for my flight out of the country and that I didn't forget anything. If I return to Georgia I will go straight to this hotel without question. Thank you Inga for making my stay very pleasant. You are the best!

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
