This accommodation was a complete disaster, totally overpriced. There were 6 of us, so we also used the couch for sleeping, which was absolutely uncomfortable, old and worn out. it was terribly cold in the whole apartment, the windows let in air, we had to sleep in thermal underwear and sweaters . We agreed with the host that we would come to leave our things at the accommodation earlier around 2pm, when we entered there was a cleaner there who told us that he had finished cleaning and we could enter. there was dirt and scattered chips all over the floor and couch, when we pointed it out to him he said it was okay and scooped up a piece of chips under the mat with his shoe. then we contacted the host that there was dirt everywhere, who then sent a cleaner to finish the cleaning, which didn't help much. The bathroom is a separate chapter, there is mold everywhere, so we weren't even able to take a shower because it was disgusting. we wanted to put some things in the cupboard in the living room, which was completely cluttered with the property owner's belongings.

Walking distance to Gamlestan, the center, Cantralstationen with Orego center, Centrala Saluhalen. There are plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. The apartment is both nice and comfortable but very responsive between the roads. Nice and helpful host.

The apartments are smoky, there is no parking space. The furniture and furnishings are already shabby. If you want to feel the Riga charm, then it is not here. But the location is advantageous, in the very center close to Old Riga and the Riga party scene

The apartments require renovation and good cleaning, dampness, lack of curtains in one of the bedrooms, the dishes are collected according to the principle of everything that has broken and is no longer needed, there are no nets on the windows, but there are mosquitoes, in general there are a lot of “buts”, some of the advantages are: in the city center, there is a fireplace, a hammock

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
