All in all it was a great experience. Super close to the base and the staff is amazing. Coffee isn't ready till 7 but we are early birds and They took the time to brew a pot early and deliver it straight to the room. He also didn't hesitate to bring up extra pillows. Rooms were clean and bed was comfy. I strongly recommend the stay and will be doing it again myself. This is my go to place from now on.

I was a little leery booking so close to the airport, but it was fantastic. The exterior is older (which is to be expected) but the room was great. It was clean, well maintained, and very quiet. Which was surprising. The front desk workers were friendly and professional. I’d recommend trying to park on the street and if you can’t find any then park in the garage. Got here on a Friday night and found street parking just fine.

To be honest, I did not know much about this hotel when I booked it. It was recommended as great-value hotel through a page for Marine parents. It worked really well for me and my family as we just wanted a nice and clean place to stay. We did not need the luxury (e.g., breakfast, restaurant, pool, etc.). The service was really good, the room was nice and clean (the bathroom too). The beds were super comfy! The room had a peculiar smell, not a bad smell, just a smell (not sure how to describe it). The hallways are not dirty but look dirty, probably because the floors are old. That being said, keep in mind that you are getting what you are paying for. Another thing to point out for people who are attending their Marine graduation is that the hotel is just a four-minute drive from the Marine Recruit Depot, and that the offered to keep our luggage after checking out so that we did not have to carry them with us to base. You can also check out late if the room is available. I would stay in this hotel again because of its great value, clean rooms, and super comfy beds!

Really enjoyed my stay. Room was spacious, clean, and was equipped with a microwave and fridge. Breakfast was simple (coffee, juice, cereal, waffles, toast) but is a great option when on a budget. There is a little parking garage which costs $12 but was equipped with a camera and felt secure.

Had a great stay here. Close to everything, clean, and friendly staff. There is some ongoing construction in the hallways and laundry areas, but that did not effect the room quality/cleanliness at all.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
