The most terrible hotel in my life! Dirty bed, noise, cold, damp, when you turn on the air conditioner the smoky smell of cigarettes fills the room, low ceiling, small window. I was fooled by the positive reviews in Booking and bought it, but now they are not refunding the amount I paid. Positive reviews are inflated. I do not recommend this hotel. Even if this is the only option in the city, stay outside! I came to Istanbul as a tourist to see the city, but instead I feel deceived and will not come here again!

It's been a concise and deliberate choice among many many, based on one main criteria for me: price. So, simingly pretty uncomfortable for someone visiting Istanbul for leisure, it was good value for money for me. I needed a place to stay overnight and that was it. And the hotel fit very well for this purpose. O

Terrible experience! The staff is extremely rude and disrespectful. They don't speak English at all and the guy who sits there during the day is extremely rude and hostile. If you're looking for a terrible experience, only then opt for this hotel. The rooms were tiny and the staff wasn't accommodating at all.

Viva Hotel is just for a bed and a roof over your head. The service is pathetic. The receptionist is a weak English speaking person with an attitude by the name of Destan. The room includes Wifi and a TV that does not work at all. The bathroom gets flooded when taking a shower. When we asked to change rooms, Destan said that the hotel is fully booked. The owner or manager of the hotel is no where to be found. Destan can't even kindly provide you with some coffee which was paid for without complaining after the 2 sachets that was already left in the room when arriving. The only benefit is that its situated nearby public transport and many shops. However for future travellers wanting to book at Viva hotel, I recommend finding another hotel to save your disappointment. No Stars for Rooms and Service.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
