It exceeded my expectations for sure. The room was very clean, the beds were comfortable, they had Bath and Bodyworks products for the shower. We got 2 single beds and the room had a large TV, a keurig, microwave, fridge, and desk. There was also a rack to hang any delicate garments. Basically, it had every amenity needed. The wifi was strong. Also, an added perk of not going to a chain motel is that you have direct control of the heating/air conditioning unit. No messing with a thermostat on the wall and crossing your fingers here! We didn't have much interaction with the staff but the contact we did have was pleasant.

Thought this was the perfect place to stay. My wife needed to be at The James for surgery at 5am. Friday morning. As soon as we arrived there were issues. Checked in, went to the room, only to find the room had not been cleaned. (See pics) Had to go back to the front deck and to get a different room. Next room issues. Loose handicap railing in the shower. Bolts were behind the railing flange at the end of rail instead of being in the rail attaching it to the wall. I removed the bolts from the wall and finger tighten so rail was safe for my wife to shower. Next, water my wife accidentally sprayed out on the floor. Did not go to the floor drain. It ran past the floor drain and surrounded the toilet. Had to use all the extra bath towels to dry the floor. This all happening around 9 pm. Thought no problem, I'll go to the front desk and get some. Nope, the only thing the clerk could give me was bath floor towel. Said they had no bath towels. Suggested he go to a room that wasn't being used and get towels. He told me he was not authorized to that. Also note, the bath floor mats smelled of stale cigarette smoke. Really nice for someone who needed to be super clean for surgery first thing in the morning. As other reviews have stated. All room door are on the outside of the build and do have gapes at the bottom of the door. And yes, a train track runs right next to the building and the train runs 3 times during the night. At least during our stay. Should have known. There were only 4 cars in the parking lot at the Olentangy Inn. While the Marriott next to the inn was about full. I would and wil not recommend this place to anyone. Cost was $130 for one night. We paid that same amount just 4 days earlier at the Fairfield Inn just up the road. Much nicer place with a Continental breakfast awaiting you in the morning.

First, this was the perfect location for us to visit our two OSU college students. It was within walking distance to the Ohio Stadium for the game. The room was very clean. The beds were so comfortable! I have nothing bad to say of our stay. This was a great place to stay and I will be staying again. Thank you to the staff for being so accommodating and nice! I highly recommend The Olentangy Motor Inn!

We made a reservation and were given a rate. We paid for it then when we returned for our check in date they had "lost the registration " They refused us the rate they had sold us the room at. We had already checked out of our other hotel and were told unless we paid the new rate $1175 we would be homeless in columbus that week . NO THANK YOU. ILL BE HOMELESS BEFORE I EVER GIVE THEM A CENT YOU CANT DO THAT TO PEOPLE

I was surprised to stay in this motel. Very convenient location rooms brand new. They just recently made renovations and rebranded . Definitely recommend to stay here 👍👍👍

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
