We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, perfect location - metro is just a step away from the hotel, clean and wonderful staff, friendly and very helpful. Special mention to Hugo Antonones (hope I got your family name right), he's great...my sister and I became an expert in no time following his instructions where to go in Lisbon's main attractions. Thanks so much!

The rooms don’t have any sound insulation like 0 and paper walls, I was in a suite, and I can hear next door room on the closet changing clothes, walking, talking… Breakfast is a joke, the smallest breakfast I ever saw… The location is good but for the money they ask you can find better for sure, at least a hotel where you can sleep.

Small basic hotel, does the job without much fanfare. Nice, clean and spacious lobby, room and bathroom. Clean minimalist bedroom. No tissue boxes, coffee, tea, water, clock, iron or ironing board in the room. No USB outlets or bedside elect outlets above the bedside night table. Was offered a room on the second floor (first floor in Europe) when registering. Asked for an upper floor and was told the room offered has balcony and upper floors rooms do not have one. So accepted it only to realise couple of nights later that some upper floor rooms also have balconies. Perhaps the receptionist could not express himself properly in English. Bathroom door bottom warped due to water damage. The desk had blotches. Room Balcony rails not cleaned. There are eleven wall switches plus four lamp switches in the room. Some lights do not immediately light up when switched on. In four nights and five days never figured out which switch worked which lights. No drapes to cut out the daylight in the room but there’s a shutter outside the window; took me a day to realise two bedside switches were to open and close the shutter. Good buffet breakfast; not always included in the room rate.

Had an awful experience at this hotel last week. My friend and I were given a room that had visible black mold in the shower. This is an issue for us as my friend is asthmatic, in addition to being a general health hazard. We called the front desk and the employee only said he could take a picture of the mold and wouldn’t give us another room and said he had to go back to the desk to help other guests. This was incredibly dismissive and unhelpful. When my friend and I were already asleep around midnight they called and offered us another room at a different hotel. Who on earth would accept that at that hour? When we finally emailed the manager he said he will not give us a refund and will only give a discount for future stays at this hotel. Is this some sort of joke? Horrible experience, do not recommend. Bad health hazard and unhelpful staff.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
