2023.11.03 I'm staying at Olive Natural Apartment right now. It was not far from the station on foot, so I could easily find it by looking at Google Maps. At the check-in, the staff kindly guided me to Porto with a map. Friendly staff, clean, spacious rooms, best location...Everything made the Porto trip comfortable and pleasant. In particular, Leonardo was very kind, which increased the value of the hotel. Advantage 1. Staff kindness 2. Best location 3. Room spacious and pleasant 4. Having both tableware and kitchenware 5. Complimentary small bottle of wine (200ml) Disadvantages 1. Complimentary bottled water and coffee(capsule) when check-in only once. 2. The coffee machine was so dirty that I couldn't use it. 3. The size of the TV is small compared to the size of the room. 4. Friday And there is a little noise from Saturday night until dawn (nearby nightclubs). (*When I asked the staff, I was told that the whole of Porto was noisy from Friday and Saturday night until dawn. They say there is nothing they can do because they are legally permitted to do business.)

Great experience at Olive nature. Huge apartment and complete with amenities such as kitchenette and microwave. Got the second floor room just a bit noisy during saturday where you can hear the pub goers until morning 😅 and steps from the upper floor. Otherwise the location is perfect and staff are friendly and knowledgeable.

Cozy design b&b. Since entering the door we got welcomed warmly with a complimentary bottle of Porto wine. They let us leave our bags at the reception while our room was being prepared. The room mas beautifully furnished and clean. The breakfast was nice. We had a lovely stay!

Extremely clean and cosy room with everything you need to feel home!!! Great location and smiley staff, breakfast is simple but delicious! The hotel staff even treat us with Christmas cake and bottle of Porto wine on Christmas eve. Absolutely won't hesitate to recommend that lovely place in Porto! 😊

Insanely good accommodations for the price! I paid about 60 euros for a full, modern apartment. Very clean and comfortable, excellent location, terrific staff, and great location. Go forth and book Olive Nature in confidence.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
