        Had a great stay! The room was fantastic, especially the comfy beddings. Food was alright, nothing extraordinary. Staff were awesome, except for the one lady at the front desk who delayed our check-in and was pretty rude. We got the special decor for our anniversary , and it was just okay, nothing too impressive. But overall, the hotel is super accommodating. They offered refreshments in the room, which was nice. Would definitely consider visiting again.

Thanks for her help. The Grand Ballroom is spacious with great environment. Had a pleasant wedding at Olive Tree Hotel Penang. Highly recommended!

        Housekeeping seriously need improvement. They never clean our room despite already turn on the notification for made up my room. Have to always go to reception and request to made up my room. That also they came in wrong timing despite already told them specific timing. Asked for towel from housekeeping , either never arrive or gave the wrong towel. Housekeeping line also hardly get answered. Other than that, we are satisfied with the hotel staff especially very friendly, the hotel room also very spacious.

        Had our company annual dinner at Olive Tree Hotel last Friday. Had a very great experience from the manager Calynn, and special thanks to the manager of banquet team. Without them, the annual dinner wouldn't be as smooth as expected. Very good experience!

        Clean and the view is Spice. Nearby to queens bay. I stay there for Penang Bridge marathon. A lot of shops nearby, very convenient. But only provide 1 room card. Environment friendly concept. They provide drinking water.

          Booking Policy
          It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
