Great location. Absolutely can’t be beat. Walk to everything. Last minute booking for me, and on holiday weekend was glad to find it. Rooms are small which I’m told are typical for Paris. For one person, still small, but fine. For two, maybe married couple is fine, but when I was with my friend the upgrade to a suite was definitely a good idea we did in advance. The hotel is basic boutique hotel, 7 rooms or so per floor. It is simple, it’s all you need in a city like Paris where location is everything (including taxi stand at the corner) Front desk was beyond helpful the entire stay. More of a 5 star service for the front desk. Just set your expectations that the rooms are simple and you’ll find this great location a great choice.

Great location, great minimalist furnishing/decor style, nice and friendly staff - especially for reception and breakfast. Breakfast is “simple”, not with a huge buffet but with everything you would want: great coffee (many options of hot beverages), delicious yogurt and fruit salad, egg choices prepared on demand, crusty-fresh bread, croissants and pain au chocolat. The hotel rooms are small but really charming and comfortable. Great shower and bathroom, super clean. Super convenient location in one of the “top-notch” neighborhoods in Paris, right in front of the Franklin Roosevelt station in Champs Elysées. Would definitely come back, highly recommended for a trip of a few days.

Don't come! A hotel with inhuman people! My house was damaged in the war in Israel, so we had to cancel. The hotel replied with opacity and did not agree to refund us anything. We didn't expect them to give us everything back, but we didn't expect such evil. Don't come, it can happen to you too!

The hotel felt cozy and was a welcoming environment. The location of the hotel was great, it was within walking distance to many attractions like the Arc du Triomphe. The best part of this hotel was the staff, they were very pleasant to speak with and were extremely helpful. Their hospitality makes you feel at home. We highly recommend this hotel, and you won’t regret your stay!

Excellent stay in this hotel. Very clean, great location and very friendly staff. Family suite Room is a decent size for a family of four. We will definitely use this again when we come back to Paris.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
