Dec 2023. Pleasant staff. The most underrated part of this place was their restaurant. More guest should eat there for lunch/dinner (but not their breakfast buffet). Infinity pool was beautiful and rooms were very very spacious and clean. We stayed at Ombak on two separate occasions. The first time - there were many mosquitoes that bothered us throughout the night. The second one had none of that mosquito issue (we even enjoyed a free room upgrade). Location wise it is about a 15-20min drive from the Cenang Beach Strip. Good if you want a peaceful getaway, not so good if you want accessibility to nightlife, food options etc. Another small downside is that their services, such as massage and dining, stop relatively early. Hopefully the mosquitoes were a room-specific issue. Otherwise great place to stay.

DO NOT GO TO THE SPA. Horrible ambiance, masseuse burping all the time… rooms are average , gloomy and tired but beds are comfortable. Windows are very dirty, balcony is spacious but no comfortable furniture available. There’s no alcohol in the resort. There is NO BEACH - it’s a mud area. Food very basic …

Resort was quiet and very relaxing. Beautiful large rooms, clean, great views and serviced daily. Buggy to your door and help with luggage. . Staff were fabulous and couldn’t do enough for you ( shout out to Farid and Badrul - you were so friendly). Pool lovely with towels sun beds and umbrellas. Loved it!!

A wonderful experience. Beautiful tranquil ambience . Service excellence and with a smile. They could upgrade the pc centre with a faster pc. Otherwise the scenery is magnificent. It's location is away from the hustle but it takes RM40 to the boat rides etc.

Large, well equipped, spacious rooms, clean and green territory. It's not beach area, but pool is good. Close to airport. Very good breakfast ang food in general (albeit no alcohol). Good impression.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
