This hotel is rated 4 stars and deservedly so. The rooms decor is elegant and inspiring and you’re met with a clean room daily. This is great for those who are sensitive to dust. The staff here were friendly and helpful during my stay and I would consider coming back here for future travels.

While the rooms were neat and the hotel's location is convenient for shopping, I wouldn't consider it a true 4-star experience given the cramped hallways and inadequate space in the standard room. The cleaning staff's constant noisy chatter early hours in the morning in the hallways and the reception staff's unfriendly demeanor left a lot to be desired. If I was the owner I would sack all your staff and get more friendly, more professional and friendlier staff in...I won't be willing to pay 4-star prices for this hotel in the future.

Definitely do not recommend! 2 stars, only for the cleanliness and room. The worst experience ever! once we landed to Lisbon, our reservation got cancelled from the hotel, by saying we didn’t check in on time. No communication or notification from the hotel side, we got to the hotel and they said our room was sold, and we are not eligible for refund or anything we’ve paid. Rudest manager ever, so unreasonable, doesn’t know anything about hospitality, and service. never seen anything like this in my life. No clear policies written on the website about cancellation or no show.

We stayed at this hotel due to a reservation with the agency perfect stay. Honestly i don’t think this hotel is worth 4 stars. I would say three and I’ve seen better with 3 stars hotels. So first and foremost, the room can be cleaned until to 5pm30. As we had no information about this, and as usually hotel clean the room in the morning, we were really surprised to come back to our room not clean at 5pm. We had to wait in the lobby for the room to be cleaned while we ve actually been outside the whole day. The second issue i found is the breakfast at 7h30 that i do find late for hotels. Another uncomfortable thing is the non availability of plugs in the bathroom, no way to use electronic devices in the bathroom. We also had no water heater, no tea , no slippers. Given that its a four star hotel this is the minimum i feel. Not very thrilled with it.

Absolutely lovely hotel for a short city break in Lisbon. Great location, clean room and bathroom. There was however very little space for our clothes so probably not so suitable for longer stays. We stayed in Classic Double Room. Would visit again if in Lisbon.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
