This was my first stay and overall, I enjoyed it. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Housekeeping did a good job. The location was convenient and not too far from the airport. We appreciated the restaurants and the little shop. It was nice to have options for dining, beverages and snacks. The staff could have been more responsive. We had a question that could have been answered by the concierge, but we didn't know they had one. Instead, we got an indifferent answer from the desk clerk. The exception was Alicia (I hope I'm spelling this correctly) at the New South Kitchen on Sunday (January 14th). She went out of her way to do all kinds of little extras for us. What a gem. She was pleasant, helpful, and very kind. I hope the management there appreciates her. I would happily stay here again.

Our experience started out really rough! There was issues with us getting into a clean comfortable room that met our expectations. However, the staff went out their way to make the situation right. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and upscale as I was hoping. The staff were mostly pleasant and provided us with great hospitality and incentives for our inconvenience. All in all my sister and I had a great time! I will be staying at this hotel for all of my trips to Atlanta!

This is now one of my favorite hotels. The location is very convenient and next to many attractions and restaurants. It is super easy to get around as almost everything is within walking distance. The staff was very friendly and helped us check in as soon as we arrived. They got us a very clean room with a nice view of the park. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the floor was quiet. We had a very peaceful stay. They also have a coffee shop near the check in that makes excellent coffee and hot chocolate. They also had very nice decorations during Christmas that we enjoyed seeing and taking photos with. Thank you for an amazing stay, and I hope I get the opportunity to visit once again.

After reporting there was no hot water, my coworker and I were told an engineer was looking into it. After brown liquid came up from the sink, we called again and were told the engineer was too busy to work on it. We remained patient but after two hours we walked to the lobby. We were moved to another room where there was blood in the bathtub. We moved yet again. This went on for three hours. The next morning we were told our room would be upgraded to a suite and they would leave something sweet for us. We came back that night and were told there was no room for us. However, there was old fruit, cheese, and stale bread from their breakfast bar that had been there about 10 hours. I assume that was supposed to be compensation. The Omni staff lied numerous times. When you’re paying $500+ a night you would think you wouldn’t deal with being lied to for hours, backed up pipes, and blood in the tub, and beyond disappointing customer service. We have stayed here for years but will never again.

Pros: The room had a nice view and was super clean. It is in a convenient location and everyone in the hotel treats you well. The front desk service was also good. Cons: Huge check in line, took me 30 minutes just to get my room keys. The only parking options is valet and it is extremely expensive and abusive priced at 60 dollars per night. I tried looking for parking prices on the website and on google before booking the hotel and could not find anything, so when I got there and saw the 60 dollars per night it was a very shocking surprise… Despite all that I’m giving it 5 starts, was a pleasant experience, it hurt my wallet but was still very nice.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
