        I stayed at the property during the weekend of Christmas and was very pleased. The bell staff was extremely helpful (with the funny mustache) in getting in and out of the hotel as well as providing directions around the area. The front desk staff was very helpful as well and the property was very well maintained. The room was beautiful and seemed to have been recently renovated- I really enjoyed the way that the sleeping area was separate from the living room and the bathroom was nice as well. The entrance was a little confusing at first but after a couple of days we got used to it. Will definitely stay here again the next time visiting Chicago.

        The location is amazing and the service at the hotel is beyond amazing. We left an important item behind, and Daniel at the desk and Brian in security bent over backward to find it and arrange to have it shipped to our home. The communication and caring were superb, making our son's day. I can't thank them enough. Great experience!

        First time to Chicago. The Omni had good ratings. Just let me say the service and the staff at The Omni are top Notch. I’m sure you could spend a lot more at other hotels than we did this weekend (3 nights) but the staff, from the front desk to cleaning staff but especially the two doormen. Javier helped us from the time we first pulled up to every time we came and went. He was always there with a smile and helping hand to open the door, help us with our Uber’s, pack and unpack our vehicles. Just can’t say enough. The king bed in our room was very comfortable. We didn’t have the maid clean our room but every morning she knocked on the door to make sure we had plenty of towels, wash cloths, coffee and creamer. Really impressed.

        From the entrance we were greeted very nice. I did not get the name of the bellman but he was very welcoming and helpful. We were able to check in before our time because our suite was ready. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. The hotel was quiet. The view was really nice. I will definitely recommend this hotel. We LOVED our stay!

        I was highly disappointed w/the service I received. It was my son’s 5th birthday & the magnificent mile lights parade was taken place. I asked for specific accommodation that I was told was NO problem & would in place for my arrival. These accommodations were not provided. The room I was given seemed to be a left over, spare, or room not used frequently b/c basic room amenities were missing. For the price of the room, one shouldn’t let anything “slide” however, I was will to if handled in a decent manner. Unfortunately, the front desk agent gave reasons to how it was my fault I didn’t get what I requested. The agent remedy for my dissatisfaction was an insulting $30 refunded back. Which was even more insulting b/c once my card received the refund it was only $24. I chose to stay at this hotel b/c it was recommended, after this experience the likelihood of me return to a Omni is slim to not a chance.

          Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.
          Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.
          The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.
          Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.
