Omni SD is my family’s new favorite downtown SD hotel. Everyone who works there is friendly, positive and real. When we arrived, we were given 4 free hot chocolate chips and 2 drink vouchers. The kids LOVED the hot cocoa! We went back and back and back again. The food is absolutely excellent. Fresh, local ingredients made for the best berries I’ve ever eaten. My kids asked if we could come back next weekend and I’m considering!

You better love the people you came with very much. The doors in all of the rooms, and the least secure bathroom doors. One of the rooms I was in had vent slats on the entire door, and another one was a sliding barn door. Literally no privacy with a closed door. Staff was great. Bellhops, and front desk agents were great. But also by the end of our trip, the hallways smelled of sewage, and another one of my friends said her room smelled of mold.

Amazing location. Have a bridge to Petco if going to a game or some events. Parking is high at $60 Drinks at the bar downstairs were reasonably priced. Room was a good size, fairly clean except for the grout in the shower. Also the water pressure was excessively strong and no real counter space for your things.

My room was kind of dank and a little dreary. The room key only worked about 1/3 of the time. The charge a lot of money for incidentals, which if you don't use you get back, but when you are staying for a while, your card is now down $600 that you cannot use while you are on your trip. The staff were friendly enough but nothing that stood out, basically they were not rude. I was expecting more from what I thought was supposed to be a top tier hotel. Unless I have to stay at an Omni in the future, I will be staying elsewhere.

I've never stayed at a hotel that prioritizes hospitality like the Omni! Without fail, every staff member was gracious and accommodating to requests to make our stay more comfortable. For example, Noah went out of his way to get us a mini fridge and also offered to bring us a microwave, too, after I mentioned that I wasn't sure about the fate of my leftovers (a result of the huge restaurant portions around here). It was so nice to stay at a hotel where helping guests feel at home appears to be paramount.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. We will forward these requests to the hotel; however, please note that the hotel may or may not be able to accommodate them depending on availability at the time of check-in. Please be aware that fulfilling these requests may result in additional charges.

The hotel reserves the right of admission. The hotel may refuse to honour the booking if it determines that the property policies have been violated.

If the booking cannot be confirmed due to certain circumstances, Adani One will refund the entire amount to the original mode of payment.

If the hotel is unable to confirm or deny the booking, Adani One is not under any obligation to provide an alternate booking in lieu of the unconfirmed booking.

Adani One does not collect GSTIN details on behalf of the hotelier, you may request this information directly from the hotelier during the check-in process.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
