        We stayed here for six night straight, highly recommended! The location is only 10 min walking distance from Kyoto station and 3 min away from Toji station. The room is clean and neat. Though it’s quite small, very comfy to stay. The staffs are helpful and friendly. I love the lobby area the most, paid snacks, sake and coffee, which are convenient and available 24/7.

        I arrived at the hotel at night and I was surprised that the hotel staff gave a very detailed explanation to the hotel facilities in G/F. Her English is excellent and gives a very warm introduction. They have very good serving skills to the customers. They also provide a scent diffuser if you love to have good smell inside the room and have t-shirt rental service. The 24 hours food kiosk is very convenient to the people who want to have snacks at night. Please be aware they only use digital payment and do not accept cash. Inside the room, it is very bright and use warm color majorly in their decorations and furniture. However, the hotel location is slightly far from the Kyoto station. You may need to walk for 5-10 minutes if you choose this hotel. Recommend to people stay here who will visit Toji temple tourist spots while also love to visit the other places in Kyoto.

        It is a cute hotel with food to buy in the lobby and nice touches like a sand table/mini zen garden and calligraphy sheets. For Japan, the size of the room was good and the bathtub was nice. There was a really bad smell when we first walked into the room. We had to request a room change after we were there an hour and they did change us. The cleaning is only on day 3 then day 6, so we actually ran out of toilet paper and our trash was really full. The staff were really polite, spoke English and the rate was reasonable.

        Luxurious, relaxing and friendly. Highly recommend. Foreigner-friendly. Super-friendly staff. Rooms are extremely comfortable. Overall atmosphere is cozy, casual and relaxing. Highly recommend. Location is very convenient near Shinkansen station, also very well connected with bus, metro and train nearby.

        We stayed there for 4 nights. The location was good, it was closed to the Kyoto station and a bus station. The people work there were very nice. The check in process was smooth and they said hello and morning/evening when we walked in and out of the hotel. There was a self served bar/shop on the first floor, it was very cute. However, the room itself was a bit small as expected. There was a smell when we walked into the room. I think it was from dampness of the room. They even provide room freshener for the room because of that. Our room was located on the 5th floor and the window was facing the road. It was quite loud from the traffic during night time. You might wanna request for a higher level room or room that doesn't face the road. I probably won't stay there again given the smell of the room.
