A wonderful, newly renovated hotel (w/kitchenettes) situated right along the main Gion street and at the corner across from the central attraction, the Yasaka Shrine and gardens. A fantastic hotel for the family. Freshly baked bread 🍞 (in a bread maker) in your room for breakfast is an option

Our family of four had a perfect two-night Dec '23 stay at OMO5; we loved the room, the hotel's modern-Japanese style, and the location, a few dozen steps from the Yasaka shrine and fewer to the bus stop. We also spent one night across the street at the APA hotel, and OMO5 is a much better experience. Try the basement whiskey bar/museum for a sip of Hibiki Harmony!

Strategic place in Kyoto. Just step away from old heritage temple, easy to find restaurant around hotel. Efficient check in process Very Good daily cleaning services Large bathroom and very clean Hotel very clean and you will get surprise amenities, many kind of sushi and don't forget to make your own bread. Complete with kitchen set. very convenience if you need to cook by your self.

Centrally located hotel where most tourist destinations are walking distance- Kiyomizu dera, Yakasa Shrine is just in front and it’s on the Main Street of the traditional shops. Great location, room has a cozy layout with mini kitchenette and your own bread making machine should you order their breakfast set the night before. One down side- no windows but there is a large window panel in front of the room.

Hotel is very central. Room is clean, spacious and new. About 18 minutes walk to Nishiki Market, Takashimaya. Room has a small kitchenette. I will definitely stay here again.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
