I found this hotel to be fairly well located and quiet. It is tucked a little bit back from the street, so you might walk past it your first time. It was a short walk to Nishiki Market and a metro station. Hotel staff was friendly, and amenities were available for you on the first floor. I didn't eat breakfast here, but there is a water dispenser available on the first floor for hotel guests. I stayed in the single room and it is definitely sized for 1 traveler. There was room for me to open my carry on suitcase and walk around, but if you have a lot of luggage or a large suitcase, you might find this room to be a little small. I also appreciated that there was an air filter/humidifer in the room.

The hotel was amazing. The room was bigger than any I've had in Japan, quiet, new and spotless. The place is located at a great spot downtown, and we never had to walk far to anything. They had a great interactive map with QR codes for attractions, shops and restaurants nearby. Although we never ate breakfast here, the options available seemed great. The best thing was the staff, who treated us so well and were genuinely helpful. I can't wait to come back!

Bed is hard but the pillow was ok. There’s no water, coffee or tea in the room but they give you a kettle and cups?! Went to get coffee at 10am and it’s only available from 7-930am when there’s breakfast however you need to pay for the full breakfast to get it. There are 6 different types of teas available that are complimentary in the lobby and a tray of candies that look like cough drops. They have sweet teas set up at the front door and apparently that’s not included either but I saw no signs saying that so that was pretty embarrassing. They do give you complementary stuff at the front desk like toothbrushes, brushes, qtips and razors. I just can’t believe a ‘so called resort’ wouldn’t have water in the mini fridge and coffee/tea like most hotels do. So that being said just need to bring your own stuff. 711 and family mart are on either side of the hotel so should be easy to get what you’re looking for. As we just got here I can’t really speak about the area too much. There’s a great ramen place across the street

Wow. This hotel is amazing! Best hotel I’ve stayed throughout my 2 week holiday in Japan! For breakfast, they will give either bread ingredients with a box of jam or a box of sushi everyday.Huge bathroom. and toilet, I really enjoyed my stay.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
