A really interesting designer hotel, great rooms with a chill out lounge under the raised beds in Japanese style. Good location, just 1 min walk to the station. (JR Yamanote Line, Green) Close to some great Sushi, Yakatori restaurants, cafes etc. We did 5 days touring of Tokyo and this was a great base to explore this amazing city. Highly recommended and good value in Tokyo.

Love this hotel! I stayed in the Yagura room on a solo trip, but I think this room would work well for a family with 2 adults and 2 small children or 3 friends (assuming you don’t have lots of large luggage). Hotel room was very nice and clean and had everything you’d need for your stay. The laundry on-site is very convenient and inexpensive to use. I loved the location of this hotel, it’s a nice quiet neighborhood. It was a nice break to come back to a quiet area after a hectic day sightseeing. It’s only a block from the JR Yamanote Line, so easy to get around Tokyo. There is a Starbucks, McDonald’s, nearby, as well as plenty of locally owned restaurants. Can’t recommend this hotel enough!

I love this hotel in Tokyo! We stayed in the Yagura Room during our stay for approximately 5 days. It was spacious and comfortable (which is RARE to find in Tokyo, where the hotel rooms are on average 15m2). The layout of the room was designed to be an efficient use of space. There’s a downstairs area where you can lay around and open two luggages at the same time and an upstairs area strictly for sleeping. The bedding was so comfortable to sleep in. That duvet is so soft! There’s a Family Mart across the road and a 7/11 and McDonalds within walking distance. Location is good, with the Otsuka JR Station being a 3min walk away and directly located on the Yamanote Loop Line. Ease of access to major districts including Shibuya, Akihabara, Ikebukuro etc. Staff were lovely and greeted us every time we walked in and out of the lobby. They helped us with organising luggage delivery service via Yamato which worked out to be approx $25 AUD for a large check-in luggage weighing approx 20kg. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Tokyo!

Great location. Cute and stylish concept but like one other reviewer mentioned, i was also quite taken aback by the lack of amenities and the lack of explanation by the staff. for a hotel that you would have to pay more for than a business hotel, it surely lacked a lot of typical Japanese hotel amenities like hotel slippers, coffee/tea, toiletries, etc. only after checking in and exploring the 5th floor (which smelled damp), i found out that they were available in the laundry room, but you will need to purchase them at the vending machine... some toiletries were free to take at the check-in level, but others were not. i would have appreciated some instructions from the staff during check-in, but they did not say anything. i think due to the lack of guidance i felt more appalled overall that i would have to pay extra for basic amenities.

Really enjoyed the location, nice to come back to way less people and chilled vibe in Otsuka! Easy on and off the main train line. Great places to eat around. The room was great. 2 adults and 10 year old, worked great for us. Loved the modern feeling of the room whilst having a Japanese style. The breakfast is yummy and would recommend to get as places open later around Otsuka, so limited options unless you want convenience food for breakfast. Staff lovely and friendly. The dj's in the evening is pretty low key, but also pretty cool to meet other guests.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
