Cannot thank enough for a beautiful staff like Simona. She was lovely and helpful to customers. I read couple of bad reviews on Google and felt bad about securing my stay here. But- I went and stayed for 4 days here. It was amazing. If you go in off peak as well- they serve food. Staff is always there. Simona helped us with celebrating our birthday and anniversaries in with comfortable stay and mind blowing view of Caldera. Do not just look at bad reviews please be nice to staff and they will be nice to you. Beds were comfortable, big bathrooms and most importantly view- this is what you are paying for. No doubt expensive but if in Santorini this place is superb

We stayed here for 5D4N in the early December. The weather is very nice and sunny except the last 2 days was a bit windy. The room is clean, view is excellent. Very good service & hospitality. Breakfast was excellent and tasty. The place is easily accessible. Definitely recommend! :)

Extraordinary view, great individual jacuzzi for each room. The breakfast is very tasty and rich. The bathroom have a very cool cavernous look. Simona from the reception is very sweet and she gives you a lot of tips, she even gifted us a bottle of Greek wine. Great experience overall.

Do not book this hotel. We originally booked this hotel for our honeymoon based on the alluring photos, however once we arrived it took us about 10 minutes to realize that we need to find an alternative solution as this could have very well ruin our last few days in Greece. Place looks run down (I.e. rust around walls, bed needs to be replaced, hot tub looks grimy and unclean). There was no safe in the room to store passports, cash and valuables. You would think that when your in the middle of a busy town that this would be an essential need. Hotel is also in the middle of town so there is no privacy, people will be watching you in the hot tub while they eat at the restaurants. It is also extremely noisy as this is a main shopping/dining hub. Hotel was basically a two star spot and the photos look nothing like the room. Manager couldn’t care less as he already collected his payment. He wouldn’t even give us the time of day to speak to us about providing any type of refund despite us and our travel agent calling. This place is way overpriced, paid $1600 CAD for 3 nights here. We ended up finding a nearby 5 star hotel that was exceptional for $1300 CAD for 3 nights. Ended up paying 2.9k in total for the Santorini accommodations. Lessons learned…

The view is exceptional, the sunsets are perfect, and the breakfast in the cafe was very nice. Room 1 is right next to the service area, so they are walking past your terrace table during service hours, but any other room would be perfection.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
