Alanda Club Marbella commitment to cleanliness was impressive, evident in their meticulous upkeep of the rooms and facilities. The central location made exploring the area a breeze, and the reasonable pricing for such quality accommodations was a definite plus. The staff's warm and welcoming demeanor added a personal touch, making the stay truly enjoyable. Breakfasts was superior and delicious. Highly recommended for family vacations!

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel during new year week. Nice, Clean and Spacious rooms. Lovely indoor and Outdoor pools & jacuzzi. But missed SteamRoom. The breakfast was very good. Enjoyed the Food at the restaurant. Location is not far from the City Centre. Lots of Restaurants n Bars near the Hotel. Beach on a walking distance of 5 minutes. Enjoyed the hotel facilities.

Had a great stay. The room was huge and spotless. The breakfast was delicious. Reception staff were very professional and super helpful. In particular, Antonio J, who helped me to change the date of my stay at the last minute.

CRIMINAL CLEANERS! I'm always very careful with my jewellery and never take anything of real value with me abroad. However I've had these pearl earrings for over 10 years as an ex flight attendant these earrings have been all over the world with me and hold great sentimental value. They were in my jewellery box along side cheap cheap stuff. I didn't know the cleaner was coming in to do a service so when I came back from the pool and noticed the room had been done I went straight to my box and they were gone. Obviously they had been taken. I made sure and checked everywhere first. Then made a complaint with management. The cleaning company is a third party so they just made a " phone call" it was basically there word against mine. Not much was done. So ladies be careful with your jewellery. Very disappointed with there lack of urgency and discipline.

Don’t let the photos fool you, the place has seen better days. Our kitchen was not clean and the tiny coffee maker was a joke. The pool was closed because of no lifeguards we went in anyway…lol If your planing a trip to Marbella stay with the Marriott. BTW if you do stay here don’t even think about using the underground parking 🤦‍♂️

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

For any special requests, please write in the designated section while booking on the Adani One platform. Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
