Where do I begin! From the very first moment we arrived, Despina the host made us feel at home right away. The room was absolutely perfect with the most amazing views, the staff were prompt and always ready to help. Breakfast was amazing, the room was cleaned every day. If google would let me I would give it 100 stars. There is absolutely nothing I would change, it was perfect and we loved every second of being here! We fell in love with Santorini and met the most beautiful down to earth host Despina. We are going to miss this place so much, and our morning talks about AEK haha. Thank you for having us and we can’t wait to visit again.

Onar Villas truly exceeded my expectations and was a great place to stay in Oia. Everyone from the owner on down was very nice and accommodating; the hospitality was awesome and ensured we had a good stay. The location is amazing, with great views of the caldera and a short walk to many restaurants and local shops. The room is large compared to many others for the same price and offers a true "cave" like experience. I would easily stay here again!

Perfection! The pictures don't lie. I highly recommend this hotel, that is if you can get a reservation! The rooms are so pretty and comfortable and provide everything you need. The staff are professional and so friendly and helpful. The location is stunning as Oia is one of the most beautiful places on earth! You can't go wrong staying here. Worth every penny.

The views from the Camilla Villa were just amazing. Breath taking. The location is perfect. The outside space is really nice. However, we did find the villa itself very outdated and basic. Very small and only one bathroom for a family of 4. Not a nice outlook from the back. The prices in Oia are exceptionally high and though in comparison this could be considered good value for money we wouldn’t return as we didn’t think it was and felt the photos were not a true representation sadly.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Guests are required to adhere to any special instructions provided by the hotel. Failure to comply may result in the hotel's right to deny the booking or terminate the stay immediately.

Hotel Cancellation Policy

User can cancel their booking through the Adani One website or app until the check-in date and time. The refund for such cancellations will be subject to the hotel's cancellation policy. Adani One has no say over the refund amount.

Users can only cancel the entire booking. Partial cancellations, such as canceling specific room(s), a portion of the total nights, or specific guests out of the entire group, are not permitted.

User should not cancel the booking directly with the hotel. If a user cancels the booking directly with the hotel, Adani One will not be responsible for any refund.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Any cancellation requests made directly to the hotel will not be the responsibility of Adani One.

If you fail to cancel your reservation within the designated cancellation period, as specified by the hotel you booked, you will be responsible for paying the applicable nightly rates, tax recovery charges, and service fees imposed by the hotel. If you do not show up for the first night of your reservation but still plan to check in for the remaining nights, you must inform Adani One of any changes to your reservation no later than the scheduled arrival date for the first night. This is necessary to prevent the cancellation of your entire reservation.

In case of no show at the hotel, you'll be charged the entire booking amount.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

Once the booking is initiated, the user can’t change the name of primary guest, number of guests, age of child/children, number of rooms, and check-in/check-out date and time.

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
