Hotel has good location, main freeway entrances and patriotismo ave is pretty convenient. Easy access for pick up and drop off if you’re using Uber. Being in the same building as a mall is pretty convenient for a late walk or last minute shopping, Starbucks, atms and even a casino. I believe there’s an Oxxo and a pet store in the basement. Service was great the lady at the check in was very nice and helpful, breakfast didn’t disappoint, cold bar with yogurt and fruit, toast, coffee, cereal and chilaquiles and other dishes. Flavor was good as well. Rooms are small but for a night or so it’s okay the only con that I found is that my bed sheets were clean not sure if wasn’t changed or laundry problem but I called front desk and the whole bed was changed in less than 5 min. The bathroom has not ventilation so it gets really hot and steamy. If you’re a light sleeper this place is not for you, being in a principal ave traffic noise is non stop also there was a party somewhere and I could hear the music like if it was next door until 2 am but for the price might as well 🤷🏻‍♀️ Overall was a good experience.

The hotel rooms are really small, the bed is tiny for two persons, the water pressure in the shower is just sad and in general everything is run down. Breakfast is a shame, you better get something at the Plaza below. Btw the location on top of Plaza Patriotismo is the only reason the hotel can request those room prices. We stayed in the Hotel 3 times now and it got worse and worse - 2023 was our last time. Cannot recommend anymore.

Rooms are smaller than usual, beds are full size not queen and only small desk (corner desk) no sofa. Rooms are clean. On our way to the room we ran into maintenance guy (friendly and kind) who was washing the hallway floors. The location is 👍. Hotel sits on top of shopping mall with a variety of restaurants and trendy shops. You will enter thru parkinglot (basement) entry near barbershop. There's a barber shop/nail salon & oxxo, pet store in the parkinglot. Other great home made-small restaurants are within walking distance

An amazing experience. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable. The price is a bit high, but it's what you would expect in this area. It includes a breakfast buffet and cable TV. I stayed in a small room, but it definitely had all the necessary amenities, and a nice view, because I was on the 6th floor.

Booking Policy

It is mandatory for all guests to present valid government photo ID’s at the time of check-in.

The primary guests check-in into the hotel must meet the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Extra guests are subject to availability. And it might incur additional charges.

If guests are traveling with a child or children, it is necessary to specify the number of children accompanying them during the hotel booking process to avoid any last-minute complications.

Underage guests are only allowed to check-in with at least one parent or official guardian who fulfils the age requirements set by either the local government or the hotel’s policies.

Early check-in or late check-out request is subject to availability and the hotel may charge an additional fee for providing such services.

The price paid to Adani One includes room charges, taxes, the specified inclusions mentioned during the booking and convenience fee, if appliable. It does not cover additional services and expenses at the hotel.

Taxes, levies, charges, and any similar government fees, if applicable, will be imposed by the relevant authorities in the jurisdiction where the hotel is located. The guest is responsible for paying all such charges, as applicable.

Cancellation requests made through the online platform or via phone calls are the only valid and accepted methods.

Modification and Reschedule Policy

After the booking is confirmed, user will need to cancel their existing booking to create a new one to make any changes such as updating the primary guest, modifying the number of guests, specifying the age of child/children, adjusting the number of rooms, or changing the check-in/check-out date and time etc.
